Haven’t received

I’m really hoping to love the chair. However the delivery system that only gives you one chance per week to deliver for anyone that works during the weekdays it is very difficult. I’ve been waiting a month to get mine delivered on a day that someone can take off work and they are willing to deliver. I likely will not buy from Artesanos again due to this reason. I have another piece coming at this point in addition to the chair. Love the looks but delivery is difficult.

I bought two and they look perfect in our spot - size and material look great and so comfortable!

There was an issue with the packaging and small damages occurred but Houzz was prompt on correcting the issue and a new perfect chair was delivered!

Perfect Addition

This chair is the perfect addition to my living room. I get lots of compliments on the appearance and it is also really comfortable. The deep seat is perfect if you want to pull up your legs for cozy sitting or works great with accent pillows and still allows plenty of space to sit. One of my favorite Magnolia purchases!

Worth the wait!

Purchased two of these chairs during the Black Friday sale and had to wait 3 months until they arrived (this was expected given the restock date estimate), but they were well worth the wait! The color and overall appearance of the chairs are true to the pictures. Only difference is that they are a bit larger than I expected, which I actually appreciate. They are also much more comfortable than I was expecting based off of the appearance. Would definitely recommend!

Still don’t have it

I knew this was on back order when I purchased it so I didn’t mind waiting. But I got an email saying it had shipped back on July 9 and I still don’t have the chair. Very frustrating that it has taken this long after it actually shipped.

Disappointed

Gorgeous Lin appearance, the interior material is extremely loud and almost plastic sounding, and is rather uncomfortable. Would expect more comfort and better quality at this price point. Very disappointed

This chair is fantastic! It's the perfect oversized, but not too oversized chair. Super comfy too! I added an additional pillow to add support for people who don't want to sink into the chair.
