Beautiful rug; excellent service

This Eliza Khaki rug is exactly as advertised. The "See this in my room" feature took the guess work out of color variations when viewing products online. It's a nice weight with a plush low pile and a soft finish. I bought the recommended pad and the rug feels great under foot.

Perfect Choice for my Kitchen

This rug will not disappoint. The colors showcase my furniture and the taupe flooring. Flipped when I saw it - so perfect! The square size accommodates my table and four chairs without overwhelming my breakfast nook!

Love love love. Beautiful and just what I wanted. It is thin so if looking for some cushion, add pad underneath. We have it in LR with no little ones so not using rug pad. I recommend.

I love the muted colors in this rug! They really soften up the room and have inspired me so much that I have ordered another rug from Rugs.com! Love the rug but faded bad all over!

Loved the design of this rug! Matched perfectly with our decor. However, now questioning the quality of the rug. We have had the large rug less than 2 years and it has faded badly everywhere. We have the rug in a room that has a lot of natural sunlight, and at first, thought the sun lightened it. However, we have noticed that the rug has lightened up everywhere, even in protected areas. So strange- it’s a shame because we really liked it initially

I love my rug. I bought a 6x9 rug a couple of years ago and decided to buy an another rug for a different area. I love that the rug is low pile and thin. The colors are beautiful with brown/tan and blues. I have no complaints. It goes well with my minimalist style.

I bought this rug for my entryway and am really impressed with the price, rug, and my whole experience with rugs.com. Having the 'see in your room' feature made picking out a rug so easy because I could test out exactly what rug I wanted and what would look good in my home. I was expecting the rug to take a week or two to arrive, but it got here in 3 days! It is a high quality rug and looks just like the picture. It had a couple wrinkles and took a day or two to lay flat but then it was perfect.

Matching rugs for living room and dining room

Our daughter gave us her rug when she moved from her house in Salt Lake City recently. My wife wanted it to replace the one we had in our living room. However, it turned out that it was a lot smaller (4.5’ x 8’). After searching through several websites, we were able to find the exact manufacturer and same pattern which they had it in one size bigger (5’ x 9’) which fits right in the living room. We replaced the smaller one in our dining room. Incredidleruganddecor.com has full of selections with the same manufacturer and patterns in various sizes and shapes which are easy to find. The price is incredibly reasonable. In fact the website offers 15% discount. I was unable to receive the email with the discount code for some unknown reason. So I ended up calling the 800 number with the help from Steve, customer service rep, and he was very supportive in placing my order and also applied the 15% without any problem.
