The drawers are falling apart
It looks so nice, but the drawers are all falling apart. We haven't been able to use this and are trying to find some sort of brackets to keep the drawer fronts from falling off

I bought the Sauder Shoal Creek dresser and a ngihtstand in the cram color or white. It is a cream color. I purchased this brand because they're Made in the USA. I hope FH starts offering more products Made In the USA, because I will choose those over others every time. Quality.

So far we have been really happy with our purchase. Customer service was great, warehouse crew was awesome. The dresser seems well built and was easy to assemble.

We had a problem with 1 part. No issues getting a replacement in an expedited time frame. I also received some tech support from Alex. She was awesome. Knowledgeable and polite. We bought a desk a few months back love it too. Your product is excellent quality and instructions are thorough.

Fell apart in a year
Instructions weren’t as easy to understand. I purchased this dresser and not knowing it was buyer assembly I received it in a box. Since day 1 the drawers have been uneven and the top looks curved in. I’ve made the adjustments and nothing fixed it. I’m ready to toss it out
Came damaged
Dresser is a decent size for our nursery. You can only open one drawer per side at a time which I like. However, the drawers don’t align nicely so shutting and opening may become a pain (will see when knobs are installed). It also came with a small gash on the face of a drawer and minor nicks elsewhere but too time consuming to take apart, return, and reorder or find another dresser. For the price and size it’ll do!
