Delighted with my quilting item
Quick and easy quilt in a weekend
I needed a 30th birthday quilt in a hurry... With a bright jelly roll, a panel, a bit of fabric and this pre-printed batting the job was done. If I'd started before 1.00 on Saturday and not gone to church on Sunday morning it could have been finished earlier! Using a single fabric for the backing instead of the panel and its co-ordinating would have been quicker too. And my friend absolutely loved it!!

Fun Design
I just finished this quilt. It can be a week-end project as there are only 15 pieces to cut out plus the backing. Review this June Tailor YouTube video: "Quilt as You Go Express Quilts" (dated February 23, 2018) as it is not on the June Tailor website. Mark 1/2" seam allowances before stitching. Make sure your backing is smooth to not to get any puckers. I used 100% cotton fabrics. You will get some decent size triangle scraps from the top after trimming the edges when finished.

My Senior sewing group bought this as a project to do together. It was so easy, everyone was able to do it. We also got to use up our fabric stash. It was fun. The instructions were easy to understand. All skill levels will be successful.
