I didn’t receive the right color. Midnight/natural not bark/natural. Very disappointed and not sure if it will be resolved in a timely manner.

I just received this rug after eyeing it for months! I am sooo happy with the way it looks and feels. I got the mist/charcoal color and I was worried it wasn't going to look like it does in the photos, but the color is exactly the way it is in the photos! It has some hints of blue and orange which I find so beautiful and adds just the right amount of color for a neutral space. It's also quite soft, and although a bit on the thin side, I put a .5inch rug pad underneath and its incredibly comfortable to stand on. It's also such a great price, very affordable for the quality you get!! So happy with this purchase.
