I like how easy it was to install and use. I didn't like that I waited so long to buy it. (My bad).

Junk. Cycles on 7-9 minutes, off 7-9 min, repeat

This set of logs are just junk. The thermostat or something makes them constantly come on and off about every 7-9 minutes. We've tried opening the flu a bit, circulating air with ceiling fans, to no avail. They are going back. Don't waste your time or money.

Mine came set up to run on LP. So make sure you specify before ordering if installing yourself.

Buyer beware!!

We removed two chimneys in order to install two ventless inserts, thinking we would have less heat loss. Early on we noticed the flame was yellow and after reading some backup material, called a local heating/AC dealer and had them adjust the mixture. We just removed a picture above the fireplace and discovered the walls are covered with a black, oily residue. Everything is cover with a black, oily residue. Of course, we have been breathing this stuff for the last two years so that effect remains to be seen. Learn from our experience.
