Received this a week ago after waiting nearly 2 weeks for shipping. So far, the engineering has been OK. No issues with the design. The manufacturing quality is NOT OK. I spent tonight assembling the drawers and installing the bits into the cabinets.

Exactly what I was looking for. I changed the hardware to my liking. Very heavy and sturdy. Definitely a 2 person job and it took most of the day. Only qualm was the price. Right after I purchased it, it was $300 cheaper, other than that I’m happy with it!

Great closet system, easy to install..looks like it was custom done by cabinet company. The price is amazing for the results. Got it in white and installed in couple of hours. Good purchase for budget-conscious renovation.

My order arrived via 4 different couriers over 6 days. It was confusing to know what I had or what might be missing as none of the packages were marked. I finally received a box that included an instruction booklet. It would have been nice to receive the total order together with boxes marked instead of having to open every box, laying out every piece and matching up each unit with corresponding hardware to find out what was what. After that it was a simple process to put the whole unit together and I am pleased with the final product.

Really love this closet organizer. Helped me to make the most of my closest space. Love that I was able to adjust the size of the long bars by cutting them with a sawzall saw...

I REALLY REALLY wanted to like this closet system...and I DO like the layout. It's difficult to find one that worked with my double sliding doors--most have the drawers in the center but I needed the drawers to open on the side. My husband installed it and I was very disappointed to see how low quality the edges of the drawers and counters were. Pealing paint, chipped edges, etc. Didn't look like new at all. This wasn't an inexpensive closet system and I definitely expect more from a brand like Closet Maid. Will not buy again and do not recommend, unfortunately. Poor quality.
