Quality, price, and customer satisfaction.

The lateral filing cabinet came today. The box had been retapped and seemed damaged during transportation/shipping. This was over $*** for damaged cabinet.

Poor quality. Not worth the price.

Very poor quality especially given the price. The file cabinet arrived badly dented. The top had a dent, making it aesthetically unpleasing. And, the inside was so badly dented that the bottom drawer would not close. This cabinet is not worth the price at all. I would not recommend.

Issue with Cymax, not product

The product said it would ship in 1-2 days. On day 3 i reached out and found out that the delivery date would be more than a month away. I checked the website again and saw that it still said 1-2 day shipping. I reached out again, and somehow it was sped up to only 2 weeks for delivery (still not close to the original or posted delivery date). Then, when the boxes arrived, they were damaged. I reached out 3 times on the website for replacements, but got an error message all three times. I am currently waiting for a return phone call..... will update if anything changes.

Perfect Filing Cabinet

Love my new filing cabinet! Well packed, arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Blue color matches the room and looks fantastic!
