Not wood, MDF or wood vaneer
This product is plastic not wood or a manufactured wood. Apparently there is a lot of latitude when using the term "engineered wood". This is basically plastic like a Trex deck material - the kind of thing you find in a cheap trailer/RV. I purchased the Samara Ash - I cannot speak for the other colors but I assume they are the same. Very disappointed - I would not recommend this product. I'm returning it tomorrow.
