I wish the smallest bit had higher sides, i found that it tends to tear the linoleum because you cant carve too deep. I love that the handle acts as storage for the bits.

These are different and safer than the usual gouges where you push away from you and risk stabbing your other hand (which is inevitably in the way pulling the lino towards you) as you have little control WHEN the blade skids on the lino.

This a great set to purchase for a beginner, not expensive and you can start carving knowing your tools are sharp, and when they get dull you can easily buy replacement tips.
