Perfect rug.
I purchased 3 different sizes and the colors are great, I just hope the edges will flatten out. Shipping was very fast and customer service was very helpful.
Beautiful Rug
My Hudson rug is beautiful and the customer service was fantastic.
The colors were a bit off from the photo, there was a discoloration on the rug, and they shipped it folded, in a a box, so it had huge creases in it. We returned it.

This rug is absolutely PERFECT in every way. The colors are true to the pictures online and so is the size. It is also plush to the touch. This is actually the second of this rug delivered. The first had several marks on it, so I reported it to the company and I took photos which I sent to them. There was great cooperation and concern from Incredible Rugs. Upon our request they sent us a label and a pickup for the return delivery. The new and perfect rug arrived in about 2 weeks. Yes, it was additional work on our part, but stuff happens. When it does, the true worth of a company is in how they handle their customers. They did it right.

Nice contemporary pattern
Overall, this 10'x13' rug seems quite nice and fits my room well. The rug colors don't seem quite as vivid as I was expecting, but it's pretty close.

Lovely Carpet
Although I had to wait quite a while to receive this carpet, it was well worth it. It draws all the colors in my living room together so nothing seems to stand alone as if it doesn't belong. It brought cohesiveness to the room. I wish it were a few inches longer and wider but I'm still a very happy customer.

Perfect Dining Room Rug
I'm very happy with my new rug. I was hoping the color would be just a little bolder - but over all it's a great addition! I moved into a condo with all wood flooring. The condo is small so with furniture...there just wasn't enough color. The rug did the trick! It really creates the room separation. The quality is great.
