Beautiful Design

Design is well crafted and outside of the standard cutlery set. Love the colors and detailed design on the wood top. Knife set is standard which is fine for me but for larger households or occasions, you will want to purchase more than one set.

Tias knife set

They started to rust after a few months

The knifes in this cutlery set work great. Im giving it 3 stars because of the knife block. The grey portion of the block started to crack along one of the corners. Eventually it separated and I realized that the grey part of the block was made out of a very thin layer of wood on all four sides. Thinner than a plywood sheet, more like something you could get at a craft store. And it was hollow . The part of the block that actually is a block of wood is the top part which is maybe 2 inches in height. I trashed the block and purchased a Henckels block

Not sharp enough

Love these knifes, matches the decor in my kitchen and looks exactly as pictured. Knifes cut very well, would by again.

Looks great, terrible for use

This is the perfect example of "getting what you pay for". I bought this set because it looks great with the colors and theme of my kitchen. The knifes are terrible. It's like trying to use a saw on your food.

Very nice cutlery set

Wow, this set is absolutely beautiful. I love the decorative block. The block has a very pretty design around the top and the grey color on the bottom is very pretty as well...It matches my kitchen well. The knives are strong feeling. The set comes with one 8" chef’s knife; one 8" carving knife; one 8" bread knife; one 5" utility knife; two 3.5" paring knives, six 4.5" steak knives, scissors, sharpening steel.

Great knife set!!!

Wow!!! This knife set is GREAT!!! There are 11 different knives. 1 sharpener for the knives and 1 pair of scissors. It comes with a lovely, heavy duty rubberwood block to place the items in. You get: an 8 inch chef's knife, a 8 inch carving knife, an 8 inch bread knife, a 5 inch utility knife, a 3.5 inch pairing knife and x6 4.5 inch steak knives. They are good quality and I love that there is a sharpener included so they stay sharp. I often have to do prep work for my meals, I chop many vegetables like celery, potatoes, carrots, herbs, etc and the chef's knife did a great job at slicing through them with ease. I use the serrated bread knife to slice through loafs of bread for my sandwiches. I use the pairing knife to peel vegetables. All the items are great and pretty much all you need for the average person. The quality of the set is good, they don't feel cheap and work nicely- highly recommend!!!

Okay for a novice

There are plenty of different knives to choose from, the set also includes a sharpening steel and some scissors. The chef's knife needed sharpening right out of the box, which was disappointed. The scissors had trouble cutting open a pack of hotdogs. Not crazy about the two-tone block.

Beautiful Knife Set

Having a large family means I cook most meals at home. I am always looking for new kitchen gadgets and cutlery to try. When using knives, you definitely want a good quality knife. The set comes with 6 steak knives, 2 different sized paring knives, a bread knife, a carving knife, chef knife, knife sharpener and kitchen scissors, in a rubberwood block. These knives are very sharp and cut smoothly. I love that the set comes with the kitchen scissors. I use these a lot cutting up chives, bacon, and pork belly. The scissors have a built in bottle opener in the blade and the serrated part between the handles is for opening screw on bottle caps. I love that these features are added into the kitchen shears. The wooden block is dark gray with a wood colored top and a stamped in design. I’m used to seeing most blocks slanted and this one isn’t so it can make it a little more difficult searching through the knives. It’s very pretty and solid and sturdy. The knife handles are made of a dark gray plastic and the bottom of the handles have a nonslip rubber. They are very light weight and easy to hold in the hand. The scissors just have the dark gray plastic handles. The set is beautifully made and looks great in the kitchen. The knives are holding up. Overall is a great set of knives and I would recommend these if you’re looking for a nice set of knives.

Very cute set

These knives are pretty to look at but they just dont feel as durable as ones ive had in the past. The block also isnt held togrther great as you can see the lines at the corners. I will definitely use these as my back up set.

Looks great on my counter and the knifes are awesome
