After some research, I finally decided on The Bliss adjustable bed. Have had it for several weeks now and I really like it.

Love Our Split King Base!!!

My wife and I purchased a split king bliss series base. We absolutely love it. Probably would have gone with the Platinum if we did it again but only because of the wall hugging. Sven and Son makes a very high quality base.

Overcharged for a feature that doesn't exist

Bed is VERY comfortable but the Platinun Base is no different than the Bliss.

Longevity

Absolutely loved the bed..AT FIRST. Please think twice about your investment as the warranty company Sven & Son is in bed with has shady practices. They are not trying to replace the lumbar function on my base. As an Army Vet, a comfortable sleep is something that is precious. I would have never purchased from this company if I would have known they would not uphold their warranty policies. Please purchase elsewhere.

Got broken product and have to get replacement in and out of house myself

I ordered the King sized Bliss model, the base is nice enough but the lumbar support had an issue. A tech was sent out and determined it could not be fixed and the whole base would need to be replaced. When I bought the base I did pay for the in home set up since my mattress was not arriving for a couple months. The bases are very heavy and require several strong people to move and set up. But now that they are sending a replacement not only do I have to get the old one back down and repackage it myself, but I am responsible for bringing the new one back up and setting it up which is going to cost me time and money since I will need to hire people to help especially since there is now a heavy mattress on top of it. I would understand if I had broken the bed but since I was sent a defective product it seems unfair that I should have to bear the costs of the replacement installation when I already went through all this the first time.

Bliss Series Adjustable Base and mattresses

I purchased a split king adjustable base with a 14" and 12" mattress along with mattress covers, side bars and installation. The bed showed up through various carriers all within a day of each other. I called about the installation which was scheduled for the next day. Not sure if they had ever set up one of these as the install co was a moving and storage co. They figured it out and all in all i was happy with their effort. I love the bed. I do wish the light on the remote would stay on a little longer. If I'm nit picking that you might guess I'm happy with the bed, because I am. The mattress covers i bought aren't really cooling which I thought they would be. I do think a mattress cover is needed tho. The staff on the phone is very helpful and pleasant. I'm happy with the purchase.

Great adjustable frame

Listen this is the same adjustable base a lot of furniture stores use at a fraction of the price. I looked at the tempura base and it doesn’t have head tilt the beauty rest base has lumbar support but it’s weirdly placed. This checked off all the boxes for a good price and the app actually works great so you can use your cell phone. The only negative is it’s heavy, but seriously do you really want an adjustable base made of plastic. Couple strong guys can do it but you will feel it so imo it’s worth paying someone to do it for ya or you might be needing a new back and if your like me you bought the base to help with back problems.

Lumbar support can be better

Really liked the adjustmentability of the bed and setting it up was so easy, but the lumbar support is too high, it needs to be a bit lower to actually support the lumbar properly

So far so good, this product is very heavy, seams to be great quality.

Still waiting on receiving my bed

Its been three weeks since the install company received my bed and finally had an install date of today. BUT found out yesterday they didn't have the correct address of delivery which I verified with the salesman that it had been updated at the time of order. So now I have been told that I have to wait for another reschedule to have them bring the bed which the address change is only 7 more miles away and couldn't understand why they just couldn't do it the same day since I had taken work off for that day. So far no word since yesterday as to when the reschedule will happen. I sure hope the setup service will be better than how its going right now. At this point, I should of just had it delivered and did it myself.

Great bed

I purchased a Bliss King adjustable base and it was delivered with the white glove service and setup. Glad I did as the base is incredibly heavy but durable. After delivery I was noticed something that didn’t seem right and after a motor replacement by a local technician the problem was solved and I have been enjoying sleeping on this base. This base is very solid and well built and I saved nearly 750 dollars over a similar base

Waiting for CS to resolve quality issue

Bed was delivered with the white glove and good thing this frame weighs 260 pounds and needs to guys to manhandle it..after it was setup I noticed the upper portion of the bed did not lay flat it was elevated 10 degrees so I hit the flat button again and no movement. Pushing down on the upper section will flatten it but it is springy and returns back. I checked for any restrictions etc and found none. I contacted CS for a technical review as this is not correct. I am hoping for a simple resolution to this issue as it is clearly a design/build issue. I will not put my $4000 mattress on it or sleep on it until it is addressed and properly repaired or I will return it …I will update with another review shortly

I have only had the base for a few weeks. So far we love it.

Love it!

I've had my bed for a year and a half and still enjoy the flexibility in being able to change positions. In fact, I change settings almost every day. It has given me arthritic and reflux relief. If my back starts hurting in mid-afternoon I give it 30 minutes with the zero gravity setting and then get up refreshed.

Bliss Adjustable Base

First - I’d like to Thank Asaiah In Customer Service. Excellent service, responsive, and proactive. I forgot to select white glove service on checkout. The split king bases arrived and - at 210# each - my husband and I literally could not move them upstairs to our room. Asaiah was OUTSTANDING and was able to set up white glove service for us. (Phew!)

If you are looking at this bed, buy it! You will love it, and it is extremely high-quality!
