This order came so fast and is beautiful! One of the mugs was damaged and I used the online return process to request a replacement mug. The replacement mug arrived in less than a week after I received the initial order! Customer service was unsurpassed and I’m beyond happy with the quick resolution.

I was surprised to see that Spode was making its products in China. Although the product quality seemed intact, I was dismayed not to see England stamped on the plate, a minor issue for these times I suppose, but Spode, England is a staple in my mind toward respecting the brand. Spode "Made in China" doesn't work well in remembering Christmas.

I have been buying Spode for my daughter for years for Christmas every year. I have a set myself. They are beautiful dishes, and very fun to have for the holidays.

Lovely traditional set of dishes for use at Christmas time. Perfect for a small family or a couple inviting friends for dinner. Nice to have something special to decorate the Christmas table. Nice to know that if you want more, this pattern will still be around next year. Great to get them on sale.

Beautiful and Heirloom-able.

My daughters love my Christmas Spode dinnerware and both have 'claimed' it. Rather than making them wait, I thought that I'd start them both off with four place settings and a few serving pieces. I'll build on their collections over the next few years. They are both thrilled and I can keep using my own.

I love Spode Chrustmas Tree pattern for my daily set of holiday dishes. There are so many serving pieces to use for any event. Highly recommend!

Timeless Tradition

I bought this as a starter set for my daughter who is engaged. I will give it to her right before Christmas this year so they can enjoy it through out the holiday season. My children grew up with Spode at Christmas and my set will be passed down to them eventually. It's a wonderful tradition and timeless. Highly recommend if you like Spode.

I’ve had this pattern for years and I love it! So much fun to use during the Christmas holiday! Love the colors in this pattern, the green piping around the plate adds a lot of charm!

I've gifted these dishes to everyone in my family! They're timeless. Great for wedding gifts, so many pieces to add. My family starts using our Spode at Thanksgiving thru New Year's!

I have always wanted Christmas dishes. So many out there to choose from. The Spode classic dishes are timeless and perfect. The look wonderful with black and white checks.

I have had the Christmas Tree dinnerware for many years. The older pieces were not dishwasher safe and that discouraged using them frequently. By supplementing the many previously-owned pieces with these basic plates and mugs, all will get used more often.

China is very elegant. Christmas tree painting is wonderful. Trim is nice touch. Dinner plate and salad plate nice size. Mug only 9oz but nice. Very happy with the products.

My purchase was never received!

I never received this purchase. Apparently you shipped my purchase via UPS but did not reveal that at the time of purchase when I requested that the item be sent to my PO Box. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. Neither you or UPS attempted to contact me when the item arrived at my local UPS facility, despite my providing my phone number and email address at the time of purchase. Instead UPS sent my purchase back to you. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. At the time of purchase delivery was shown to be 4 days after purchase and several days before Christmas.Three weeks later I discovered the item had been returned with no notice to me.

Beautiful set, I have wanted for a long time! Delivered beautifully, not a single item broken. I Wish Spode still made their china in England, it was better quality then. But I am still thrilled to have this set!

Nice festive set. Would have given 5 stars. Only, one of the mugs has a flaw in the glazing on the outside surface. Still very useable.
