Disappointed

I was expecting the quality to be a lot better. I have purchased nuloom before. Back rolling the carpet still did not get out the bumps - doesn’t lay flat no matter what I do. Get what you pay for.

This rug came folded and was so full of wrinkles I tried everything to get it to smooth down with no success.

Cougar survivor

Was rolled, and didn't have issue getting it to lay flat. Looks good and is so far surviving being mauled by two cougars

Dirty looking

This rug looked dingy coming out of the box. It looks like it’s been walked on with dirty feet in a high-traffic area, which isn’t the case at all, because 70% of it is under my bed. Luckily my bedding is more of an off-white color, because if you put anything true white near it, the color looks even worse.

Poor quality

This product does not look like the colors and quality in the photos. Upon opening it, it appeared dingy, not because it was, but because of the poor quality of the material. It warped after getting wet and does not lay flat. Will be replacing asap.

Large rug canes folded and damaged

I ordered a 6x9 & and 8x10. The 8x10 Rug came folded up rather then rolled up like the 6x9 and when I open it it was torn at the seams of the folds. I’m assuming from being folded for so long. Really nice rug but useless since it’s damaged. Heads up the larger sizes may come folded.

Comes folded and WILL NEVER lay flat

The rug came folded and WILL NOT lay flat. I've tried everything from steam to ice, rolling it tight, hanging it, steam cleaning it and I've even tried to iron it. The manufacturer of this rug did a horrible job making it. The one side curves in and I think that is why it will never lay flat because the it is lopsided and the fibers are being pulled. Do not buy this rug. The pattern is cure and trendy but unless u want to spend everyday tripping over it or lifting ur chairs because they won't slide on on keep looking.

This was exactly what I had been looking for. Appears just as it does online. It came wrapped very well ensuring the rug would not get wet in the winter weather. Debating on purchasing another for my spare room.

Overwelming odor

Love the look of the rug. The odor of the rug was outrageous. Whatever is sprayed on it was overwhelming. It had to go! Very disappointing!

Meh

This rug is over priced for the quality, I feel like. It is very thin and the fabric isn't comfortable at all. Also it attracts a lot of hair and lint. We have a hypoallergenic dog that barely sheds but this rug seems to collect any and all of his fur he loses.

Do not buy this for your living room or at all

This rug shrinks anytime it gets a little wet. Spill a drink and that area will shrink in hours causing it to buckle. One day I left a window open to air out and forgot. It got chilly and caused condensation on that side of the rug. It never laid flat again. This is not made for anything but staging. It’s useless and had to be thrown out due to it being a tripping hazard. I wish I could get my money back.

Shipped folded instead of rolled

The rug was shipped folded instead of rolled. I don’t know one store that ships rugs this way. The rug has creases everywhere that we’ve tried to stretch, lay books on, had the rug professionally cleaned and it STILL has the creases. It has gathered areas, creases everywhere. No matter how we lay it, it looks horrible. The biggest wast of money. I will never order a rug online from here again. The thinnest and most horrible quality I’ve ever purchased.

This is a great rug! Really happy with how it complimented my office space. It is pretty thin so if you plan to spend any time on the floor with this rug I would recommend a rug pad for underneath
