This daybed is sturdy and attractive. The trundle bed is easy to pull out and push back, but it won't take a very thick mattress. Coordinates well with our other furniture.

a rare instance where i am actually impressed with a furniture purchase...very nice finish...lots of slats so it seems real sturdy...assembly mush easier with two but went together without issue or missing parts...overall I'm very satisfied...let's see if it holds up (I think it will)

Quality

Good quality. One area on the back that was miscolored but with the bedding on there you don't see it. Looks nice in my extra bedroom.

Super Fast Delivery

I looked at a lot of day beds with trundles but kept coming back to this one. We went to a few stores to look at them but to me none compared to this daybed. My husband and I put it together and it didn't take too long at all. There were a couple little defects one where two boards were put together and the other a little place where the finish is off, but they were easy to hide. I wanted something for when our grandchildren come to visit and I think this will be perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived well packed. Easy assembly but better with 2 people holding each end in place. Fits twin mattress perfectly and looks great in my sunroom as a guest bed. Nice color. Sturdy.

This is fantastic. My husband and I put it together in about three hours, including the trundle bed. Everything fits well. It's easier with 2 people. We are going to be adding something to the back to keep the trundle bed from going back to far so it stays even at the front. High recommend this daybed. It looks wonderful and is extremely sturdy. We used a small drill to secure the bed slats. There are pretty drilled holes in the slats, but not in the frame.

Exactly as pictured/Easy to assemble

I got the Cherry Daybed with the trundle. I use the trundle for blanket storage. It looks just like picture. Nice medium dark Cherry Finish. Easy to put together for this old chick by herself. Avoid a very deep mattress on top. It will obscure view of sides and most of back, plus you will be sitting very high.

Don't buy Hillsdale furnitire

This purchase was a total disaster....I purchased from Target.com. It was sent to me from Hillsdale Furniture with no hardware. After I removed everything from the boxes I discovered no hardware. I originally called Target, they wanted nothing to do with my order and suggested that I call Hillsdale. Target got their money and were done with me. When I called Hillsdale they said that they were waiting for hardware packets from over seas! Why didn't they just not fulfill the order! I have a bunch of furniture pieces laying all over the bedroom floor, unable to do anything! I am totally disappointed with the reaction from Target and the stupidity of Hillsdale for sending out incomplete orders. This furniture was not cheap!

Beautiful wood daybed! I put it together by myself in an afternoon. It's cozy and the trundle is great. You can use it as an additional bed and it's also great for extra storage. Well worth the price!

This is a beautiful bed. Excellent quality and very easy to assemble. This item arrived quickly. The bed is very sturdy and the trundle bed is also very sturdy.
