I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and saw the quality of this ladle. I wish I had bought more. I think I will. And I would highly recommend that you pick up a few for yourself, and to give as gifts to the other cooks in your life.

this sped up the ladling process immensely over using the 6 oz version. Held up pretty well, but after about 30 days of heavy use the handle started to rip and peel away, still completely functional though
