Not worth the money

The garbage can worked very well for the first couple months. Then, it just stopped working. I thought the batteries were just dead, but no. Tried new batteries, still doesn't work. Got the adapter to plug in to the wall. Still doesn't work. Now when I put new batteries in it, the light goes on and the lid opens, and I can't get it to do anything else. Called the phone number for the warranty that's listed in the manual, and it just rang and rang until it became a busy signal.

Very expensive for a flimsy there is no Oder control system and the pedal gets stuck. I wouldn’t recommend is you want a sturdy trash can mostly made of plastic

Won't even open without 4 D batteries not included

It looks nice. Main problem: did you know you cannot open it without batteries that do not come with it? I mean, it's a foot lever. Those have existed on garbage cans for decades and this think won't open unless it has 4 D batteries? AND it costs over $100? Ridiculous.

Works great - I love the options for pedal location. Size and design is great. Bought this to go up against the kitchen cabinet and it's perfect for that. No bulky hardware on the backside that will scrape my wood surfaces.

Flimsy top

This can top was flimsy. The size is smaller than a 13 gal. I was not impressed with the quality

Didn't realize I could love a trashcan so much! Fits the space perfectly, matches my stainless appliances, works great.

The plastic piece that holds the air handler broke for no reason after about 6 months. Now the door slams everytime you open the door

Trash can is pretty small, the lid slams down when closing, it does not shut quietly. Not worth the money!

Very happy

Fits perfectly under my counter. The foot pedals are great. I like the versatility it gives with them on three sides. Quietly open/close top is nice too.

The batteries don’t stay inside the container!

I love the sleek style and three foot pedal option of this trash container. What I DO NOT like is that the battery cartridge does don’t stay in place! After three or four foot touches to open, the batteries pop out! Ieven trued duck taping it closed! I wanted to avoid having to use an electrical cord, but now it appears that I will have to use one anyway! DUMB!

Great trash can!

Had this trash can for over 1 1/2 years. Still love it and it still works great. We get comments on it almost every time we have visitors. Don't have a problem with kids and grown ups not wanting to throw away their trash.

It came with a dent on the lid

I like the trash can so far - it was shipped from CA to VA with poor packaging and I refuse to step foot into our local wal-marts so I am not returning it. Very pricey but I do like it

Excellent kitchen trash bin

Trash bin works as stated, love the 3 foot pads, very convenient, and accents the kitchen well. Would have given 5 stars, but I find it a little challenging, at this point, to put a new bag in the bin. I will contribute this to it being a new item that will take a little time to find the easiest way.

Excellent purchase.

After purchasing numerous trash cans ranging in price from $10 to $60 most of which proved to be lacking, I decided to look for a trash can that had every feature that the others lacked or failed to perform well. This trash can is worth the price in my opinion. The cover opening fully prevents any loose particles (dust, dirt, flour, sugar, etc.) from accumulating around the top of the can; the step on opening allows for keeping the lid open until you want it to close. I love it.

Our old "plastic" trash can finally cracked and needed to be replaced. Researched many stainless steel trash cans (saw a youtube video someone posted on this trash can) but this one fit the bill! I love the sensor step pedals! All 3 of them! lol I have kitties and they like to jump on top of the trash lid on our old one and was afraid they would set off the sensor lid types. This one is perfect. Size is awesome. I use generic Walmart trash bags (13 gallon) and they fit perfectly! Bags stay inside and the rectangle shape holds so much more than our old square one. Changing the bag are a breeze too! Love that you can use ac adapter or batteries. I was worried that it would arrive damaged during shipping to us here in Hawaii but it was in excellent condition! Well worth the price and can't say anything bad about it.

This stainless steel, step peddle operated, electronic opening/closing trash can is perfect for smaller kitchen spaces. The lid stays open for a reasonable time by stepping on one of three peddles. Peddles can conveniently be removed or relocated to front or sides. One or all three peddles can be attached for greater convenience. The stainless steel color matches perfectly with like kitchen appliances.
