Love, love, love this. I have my old crepe pan that has seen better days - this is wonderful to work with. You can make crepes of any size. I love dinner crepes and this allows for a dinner sized crepe!

CREPE HEAVEN!
MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE JAPANESE CREPE CRAZY, AND WE'VE TRIED MANY WAYS TO PREP THEM. THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER THE RECIPE OR THE MIX- WE'D ALWAYS LOSE TOO MANY TO THE PAN, COOKER, WHATEVER. I CAN TAKE LOSING ONE OR TWO- BUT, DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF CREPES, (AND THE HIGH HOPES OF THE EATERS!) I KEPT SEARCHING. WHILE I WAS INVESTIGATING AFRICAN INJERA BREAD, VERY SIMILAR TO CREPES, THIS COOKER WAS RECOMMENDED. I WORRIED ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL (THERE IS NONE) BUT IT TURNS OUT IT DOES THIS ADMIRABLY ALL ON ITS OWN. I BOUGHT THIS TO COOK PERFECT CREPES AND INJERA AND IT DOES THAT PERFECTLY. IF YOU WANT A MULTI-PURPOSE ELECTRIC GRILL THIS ISN'T IT AND THERE'S LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING EXPERTLY ENGINEERED TO MAKE PERFECT CREPE AFTER PERFECT CREPE, THIS IS IT. DTM.
