Fire hazard

Other reviews are true, it's a fire hazard. Had it a couple of months only. I put 3 bread sticks to warm in there, a crumb fell on the metal heater part and a flame started.

Cheaply made toaster oven

The timer button broke after using a short period of time. The temp button does work, but the oven can get too hot andmelt the plastic on top of theoven

Unfortunately, there is no "on", only a timer. I wish I realized this prior. Waste of my money. I had the prior model (five years ago) from the same company, Kitchen Smith. You could turn the dial to the left for "on", with no timer. Now I have to listen to the constant ticking. Incredibly annoying and very backwards. I threw it in the trash!

This is exactly what I needed. Big and small enough to toast bread!

Small oven

Honestly this worked fine for me it did the job I would literally make a chicken hen on this small oven. Only thing I had a problem with was taking of the grease. I was able to take it off but only with a baby daddy sponge. Other than that no complaints about this small oven for the price it’s amazing. Would I buy it again yes I would.

Don't waste your time on this item, it stopped heating up after two uses and I don't even think I can return it anymore.

Toaster Oven

This is a nice but smaller toaster oven. From the pics I could not tell that the sides and top are black, so only the front facing part of it is stainless steel. Got it on a great sale price, but just wish it was all stainless.

A kink in the item

I wanted a toaster oven that would bake a potato. This would do it but what a hassle! After reading the directions, I found the oven would only work for 30 minutes at a time. That meant I would have to reset it every half hour in order to cook for 90 minutes. NO WAY would I take the time to do that so I returned the product.

Waste of money

Don’t waste your money, mine lasted 4 months before it stopped working, and when I contacted the manufacturer about the warranty they sent me a laundry list of tasks to complete. I didn’t receive the refund because I threw out the broken toaster after completing all the other requirements. It isn’t worth the headache, buy something else.

Its pretty alright

Having never used one I found there was a learning curve, which my husband still hasn't gotten the hang of after several months in spite of him having owned a toaster oven previously. You can't really just throw anything in the grate, including toast. I get my best results on a foil lined tray from toast to frozen pizza. There is a hot spot in the right rear, so place your food as far forward as possible. Using the tray all the time we only have to worry about wiping down the door, which we do after every use and it still looks/works like new. I do wish you could turn off the DING! Because it makes it rough to snack in the middle of the night.

Kitchen Smith Toaster oven

Very disappointed with this product. I have owned other toaster ovens but never had a problem with the timer. I have ruined foods and now have to watch everything I put in the oven.
