I purchased this steel mixing bowl set because steel does not off-gas like some plastic bowls might. I am very happy with my purchase.

They were not as wide as the set of aluminum balls that I have, but these will do. They are a little deeper than I expected.

This is such a nice set and such a great value. I felt like it was missing some middle size bowls, except I had those already so now I have every size possible. I also have all-clad set of 3 yet those are for fancy stuff, these are now my everyday use for making salads and other things.

Very sturdy work horse bowls. I use them in the kitchen and for everything, everyday. Set comes with enough practical sizes for any prep. Easy to clean and no order.
