The handle gets hot, it is not heat resistant, and less than a week and the outside already looks oxidize.. terrible quality .. I wish I could return it.

Purchased for use on a new induction stovetop. Heats up incredibly fast. Nice finish, solidly made.

Works just as expected, very attractive. I wish the whistle was louder.

This one is not the one I ordered. I had ordered a grey teapot. I called, received the correct one, and returned the silver one. I have yet to see the money ($29.99) refunded to my card.

I was very disappointed in the product at the bottom is very metal and will damage a ceramic top stove if used on it.

Oggi Kettle

I only had this kettle for 3 months and only use to heat water for tea.. and I never leave water after my use.. there are rust spots in the bottom of the kettle.. I am totally disappointed; a beautiful blue kettle.

Very disappointed in the colour. It is nothing like the picture. It is a dark red instead of colour show .

A Great Tea Kettle

The Tea Kettle looks great on my stove. It's light enough to fill it up and place it on the stove. The release to close the spout is very convenient. I picked it because it doesn't have the rubber around the spout that can melt if you forget it. I highly recommended it.

Spout lid fire hazard problem

This is a safety factor I believe would apply to all tea kettles. This particular kette we had for a number of years and I noticed the spout like didn't close always and I would push it shut manually so heat wouldn't escape. Last week I didn't close the lid spout and never heard the tea kettle whistle. I thought I probably didn't turn it on and went to check in the kitchen. All of the water in the kettle had evaporated and the kettle was so hot the bottom seals were starting to melt. Luckily there was no fire and no harm to the stove, but the kettle is done.

I love the shape of this whistling tea kettle. I purchased the silver with black handle, I love that it is stainless steel, it has a nice weight to it, and nice thick and safe handle. Nice looking and useful!

turns colors

After a few uses this pot turns a weird burnt color. I bought it to display on stove now I'm afraid to use it.

Not great

Sadly, the kettle is loud and grumbly the moment it’s on the stove. Whistle is ok.

Warm Gray

I ordered this kettle in the warm gray, which was beautiful and perfectly matched the color scheme in my kitchen. However, within two weeks discoloration appeared around the outside of the kettle. It's turning an orange color and is spreading with each use. The kettle itself works perfectly, but I will be throwing this out and ordering a different brand.

The avocado green teapot is so complimentary for my vintage yellow and brown kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality of this cute item!

concerned about chemical contamination

Very cute tea kettle but seemed cheaply made and after only 4 uses the bottom turned pink while heating Didnt feel it was safe to drink water heated in the kettle

Rust inside kettle puchased less than 3 months ago

I would NOT purchase this item. I purchased this August 28, 2023 . Have used it ONLY for heating water for tea - used about 10 times in this short time. Each time I completely emptied it after each use. Today after using it I held it in such a way that I saw the bottom inside of the Kettle and noticed rust all along where the bottom and kettle are joined. Photo attached.

It’s very pretty but cheaply made. It’s extremely light weight, makes a strange noise while heating up water and the sides got a burnt mark on them after about a week’s use. It does have a nice pour but I wouldn’t recommend this tea kettle.
