This whisk is perfect for small jobs like a 2-3 egg omelette. The whisk is flexible on the end, which allows you to follow the contour of a smaller bowl. It works best with thinner liquids, probably too flexible for brownie or cake batter. It would also make a good bar tool.

I love using this whisk to scramble eggs. You just move it up and down and it scrambles perfectly. Nothing pops out of the bowl.
