First, this thing works! we eat a lot of avocado in my house either sliced or as a guacamole and this tool has made slicing and or extracting for guacamole a breeze and in half the time from doing it the old traditional spoon way.

Very sharp- this works great on firm avocados but to on soft. The slices are narrow and just squish if the avocado is soft. It might work really well on melon!
