I purchased a less expensive set of baking sheets. I was hoping that they would show up in our moving boxes. They never did...so we are using these. I have found them to be great. I use parchment paper with them...they are easy to clean and very practical. I am please with my purchase.

Great Pans

These sheets are heavy duty stainless steel. I was afraid they would feel like tin foil. They are sturdy. I wanted a rack to elevate my meats off the pan surface during convection baking. These work very well. The only issue I have is the racks are difficult to clean. I soak them in hot soapy water and then I use a stiff brush to clean the wire rack. This does take a while.

Shiny New Oven Trays with Cooling Racks

My prior tray with rack was at least 15/yo and looked it. I love these as the cooling rack fits inside the tray. I have a few recipes that require the meat to be elevated. These are perfect.

When I use the baking sheets for the first time, heated up in the oven and twisted and popped (As a cheap cookie sheet would.) Thought it would be better quality than that

These are fantastic cookie sheets a lightweight easy to clean I've used in three times so far and I made peanut butter cookies on them which usually leaves spots on the cookie sheet this did not happen this time with the peanut butter!

[Rewarded Review] Dented pans on one corner.

Don't purchase unless you want to pay a new price for dented pans. Appeared to be nice pans; however, the box inside the shipping box was dented on one corner. That means these came dented from the factory or third party vendor. I am not willing to pay the price for new items that are damaged.
