No ceiling hooks were included in the box. Instructions were ok for someone who has installation history, but not for a person with little installation experience.

Excellent hanging rack. Had for over a year now. You definitely need to go up in your attic and reinforce the ceiling for this rack to work properly. We probably have around 50 lbs of rack and pans hanging.

Sturdier than it looks. I was able to accomodate a large number of pots and pans, including a couple of cast iron pans. Very pleased with this product.

The quality was good but very small and too short. If you have tall ceilings this may not be the rack for you. I had to return.

Love this in my kitchen

I love this pot rack! It is rather heavy, so I was sure to attach it to ceiling joists rather than trusting the toggle hooks (supplied with the rack) to hold it. I put this in a rental unit for an upgraded feel - made the new tenants very happy!

I love my pot rack. It holds lots of pans, but I'm about to order more hooks. Very grateful that I now have more cupboard space!

This is the best investment if you are limited on space. It's a clasic.
