A little wobbly

Tub is a little wobbly when in the air. Easy assembly and size is great. The single metal grate is not good. It's cumbersome to get in and out and it doesn't go all the way to the bottom. Two grates would've been way better.

Es gab ein Transportschaden, gute Kommunikation ohne Problem bei der Abwicklung, gerne wieder. Den Artikel kann man ohne Probleme kaufen.

Consider this bathtub for its exceptional construction: a sturdy base, solid stainless steel tub, and an exceptionally quiet electric motor. However, it does have a drawback: the sliding door moves from left to right when closed, as it lacks a latch to secure it. Additionally, it comes with a raised platform to keep your dog from standing in water continuously, positioned about 6 inches from the bottom. This seems like an inefficient use of space, as the 'dry' platform could have been positioned lower. I wish Venor would clarify this design choice, as it isn't explained in the manual. If I were to purchase again, I'd look for a model with a lower second 'platform' and a latch to prevent the door from sliding open during use.

Für den Preis muss ich sagen sind wir enttäuscht. Die Schrauben sind rostig und auch wenn es Edelstahl ist,riecht die Wanne als stünde sie sehr lange Zeit (was das rosten erklären könnte) in einem Stall oder ähnlichem. Der Abfluss passt nicht und die Schläuche sind ,im voll hochgefahren Zustand, zu kurz für einen normalen Waschmaschinen Wandanschluss. Wir hätten sie gerne zurück geschickt aber nun ist sie aufgebaut. Also wer sich ärgern möchte kauft sie bitte.

Worst Purchase and customer serviceexperience ever

Would never buy from this seller again! I purchased this tub and upon recievein it noticed the drain slope was incorrect. Contacted the seller. They have three form replies. Not helpful and unable to fix the problem. This is a 200lb tub and now I am out $1200 since the seller will not return, replace, refund, or fix.

Overall a well built unit. the drain hose wouldn't connect to the drain, i had to use duct tape to hold them together. the mounting holes for the sponge tray are spaced wrong, still don't have that one fixed. the nasty gray plastic coating is hell to remove, and there is lots of it.

Poor quality , shakes and rocks . unstable.

Arrived 3 days behind .. fast forward to set up . cheaply made, rocks like a roller coaster , super unstable . Unfortunately I just had knee surgery and can't lift dogs in my shop and need right now to continue working or Id ship it back immediately. Do not buy !

Do NOT buy this tub without checking the amazon reviews!!!!Several people having problems with the lift. I have had it for 3 months and it won't work anymore, the chip board burnt! Im waiting to try to get a replacement part or refund. This is incredibly defective!!!!

I purchased this tub for my grooming salon and so far it has been a disappointment. A dog simply breathing rocks this tub back and forth. I was really hoping to be able to use this tub to save my back but I'm going to have to find a way to anchor the tub to the wall because Im afraid a dog moving inside of it will tip it over, which makes the electric lift part useless. Very disappointed and now do not have the money to purchase another tub.
