Broken just after the warranty expired.

This unit broke just after a year of ownership

I really needed a small heater for my back patio. This looks great and fits the bill. I had a small issue with keeping it lit, but resolved that with some tightening. It looks good on my table and makes it nicer to sit. I was it gave a little more heat but over all I am pleased.

Perfect for a small patio

This heater is as pictured and looks very vice with the flame coming up the center in the glass tube. We have a small patio, so this size works well for us. The initial assembly had a lot of steps because the sides have to be removed to get the protective coating off, but once it is working it is very easy to operate. I think it is very attractive on our patio. I look forward to extending the patio season a full month with this heater.

Beautiful but Damaged

How excited I was to get my heater on the scheduled day! The box and ultimately the heater was damaged. Called & emailed for replacement door. No Response. Still love the product!!

I bought this for a gift and she loved it

As of right now- this product does not work. Many issues.

Unit will not stay lit. Tried several times, even inside a garage due to wind. Pilot light seems defective.Product received with no bag of hardware contents (only a battery). The burner unit was loose and hanging down. The top is bent. I'm very disappointed, especially due to the fact that it's chilly right now.

Loved it so much, I bought another!

I purchased this on sale about 4 months ago. The weather just started getting pretty cold and snowy, so I was just now able to open it up and use it.

Patio Heater

Broken when we received it and they wouldn't replace the parts. Gave us a discount, but I would have rather had the parts.

Product has a very visible tubed flame which is much nicer that the old one it replace. Very happy with the product.

Excellent product. Had a little anxiety in that it had a guaranteed delivery of wed Dec 18th but didnt arrive until noon on the 21th. Just in time to get it set up for our holiday party that night.

Probably would not buy again

Unit arrived with no damage to the carton, but with one of the legs dented - thus the manufacturer should of known. The burner unit was loose inside with all 4 securing nuts off. Found 3 of the 4 nuts loose in the carton, fourth was gone. Insufficient attention to packaging and detail

Instruction booklet missing

No mention of the need for a double A battery for the igniter button. After several attempts to light with no success, I took the sides off looking for a loose wire. All was intact. Being that I did not receive any direction or user manual, I asked a friend to look at it. When you push the igniter button, it did not click.He unscrewed the igniter button to find it empty and said it needs a battery. put the battery in and the tower back together and one push, it light up. Works great now. Propane tank life is about two hours on high.

yes i would buy this item again

this was a Christmas present to my daughter who has just installed an outdoor kitchen. The gift arrived and she was so pleased and loved it. With this outdoor heater they will be able to use the outdoors space more and longer in the year.

I would buy this product again.

The heat lamp was just the right size and produces the right amount of heat for our deck. Just the right price point.
