So Far So Good

I go with four stars. So far problem-free. Relatively easy to put together except for two thoughts: Instructions should warn to install burner unit facing out from the panel that hinges on the bottom. Also, the screw that is intended to hold the knob on that panel does not fit. Needs a different length. Other than that it works well and I am considering another one.

Very nice and functional

It was not too hard to assemble. My son put it together by himself as he watch a movie. It ran well and provided a very nice ambiance on our patio during a recent party. It puts out enough heat to make a difference and was not too hot for people to stand close to it. Easy to turn on and off as well.

Outdoor propane heater

Great addition to our deck!

As Midwesterners, we like to extend deck season as long as we can. The propane heater has allowed us to do just that. The heater keeps us comfortable on these fall days. Setup and operation are super easy and the unit looks nice on the deck. I would definitely recommend this product.

It's design is very contemporary, it's very stable and it has a unique flame that creates interest, warmth and a novel outdoor look!

One of the heaters has a defect

Assembly instructions were clear, and all the pieces were well packaged, labeled and organized. I purchased 2 heaters. One works perfectly. In the other, there is a defect in the control box assembly. The white disk through which the flame is generated is not centered in the box, and does not line up with the hole in the top of the assembly. As a result, the flame partially hits the top of the assembly box and enters the glass tube to one side. While the heater appears to operate in this condition, a large carbon stain appears on one side of the glass tube with each use. This carbon staining has not happened on the second heater, where the disk lines up perfectly with the hole at the top of the assembly box. I also worry if using the heater in this condition is dangerous.

Didn't fit for us

I'm sure it's great but we were unable to keep the heater as it was too large , the height didn't appear so tall in the picture and it was overbearing Ironically we went to a local

Excellent product and priced less than most. Sturdy, nice stainless steel finish, easy to use and beautiful flame. Heat putout good. Others are asking where I got it. I highly recommend this product.

Really enjoy the patio heater. Stylish and it works great. Just had it on. Once the metal mesh heats up it is an effective heater.
