[Rewarded Review] Missing parts

The Grohe faucet I purchased was an obvious return that was missing parts. Called customer service and a new faucet is being shipped out. I was 70% installed by the time I realized parts were missing. Calling customer service was a 30 minute wait just to talk with a human being. Got tracking number for replacement and after 2 days still says ticket created but not shipped!

Defective product

Faucet sprayer does not retract back into faucet without forcing it while having to use two hands. So we need plumber to get us on his schedule to come back to replace it and then pay him for the 2nd trip here.

sleek

The faucet is sleek and elegant to look at. We haven't installed yet so I can't speak to how she works but am hopeful as Grohe is a good product and I've have good luck in the past. Fingers crossed.

Makes washing dishes, food, hands SO much easier! And it looks really good on our kitchen penisula!

Once you go touchless, you will never go back!

Don't bother with Touch Feature

My contractor installed this in 2019 and had a lot of problems with the install. It's important to know if you verify your sink is stainless steel underneath the sink or you might be in for a lot of troubleshooting and adjustments, and water leakage. First, the touch feature wouldn't respond. After an adjustment, then the touch feature would turn on/off randomly. After another adjustment, the faucet would drip non-stop. Finally, after my contractor spent hours on the phone and making adjustments we just gave up and turned the touch feature off. It was a waste to spend the extra money for this feature and I did not want to deal with a return and credit situation at that point since the faucet was already installed. It is beautiful nonetheless!

This is a water waster!

The only good thing about this is the sprayer. Other than that the water constantly turns on and off .It wastes too much water and should be removed from the market. The most annoying faucet ever !!!

Nice faucet

I bought this about 2 months ago I love the touch feature my family still getting use to it, ghost turn on of the water is very annoying and for someone like us who have septic is a real problem, I needed to defend my choice of faucet so I reserch for solutions.....

[Rewarded Review] Nice Faucet

Looks nice and easy to install. I am taking 1 star out because the supply like are not long enough and I had to replace some of them so I can mount the control box properly.

Annoying to use, would not recommend

We loved the idea of touch technology, but found it annoying as it turns on if something is near the sensor, without touching. When using the handle and turning it off, the touch senses, and you have to touch it as well. Also when using for length of time, after 30 seconds the temperature becomes hot and you need to adjust the temp. It's not a seamless product to use. The way it is installed, it's near impossible to disconnect the sensor, I can't wait for the battery to run out. I wouldn't recommend this and would switch it for a regular faucet in a heartbeat.

Nice unit, customer service needs training on it.

The faucet itself is fine, but the installation was kind of brutal. The model has evolved since the online tutorial, and nowhere in the instructions or on the video do they mention that you have to lubricate the parts for assembly. It wasn’t until my 3rd call to customer support that the technician asked if I had used the plumber’s lube. Kind md of a clown car day. But the unit is fine, so 5 stars for the product, 2 stars for the customer service (they were mostly nice), we’ll call it 4 altogether.

Quality and Durability

I had to return this product as it was way more than I needed; I already had a Grohe faucet and just needed the faucet portion, not they hoses, etc. Our Hans Grohe faucet is so very great but has some cosmetic breakdown on the chrome. I really think Grohe products are FABULOUS!

Sent back before we installed. Appeared to be well made. After we placed it next to the faucet we were replacing, we felt it was too light weight looking and not solid enough. We could never find the circumference of the pipe, anywhere on-line. We only had pictures to go by and height and width measurements. The pictures appeared that the pipe was fat enough, but in reality, it was quite thinner than we had hoped for. I would suggest that the manufacturer include all of the specs. All and all, nice looking faucet, just not exactly what we had hoped for. At the end of the day, we went for a more commercial faucet.

Touch Control vs Manual.

It was easy but not intuitive to install. It requires one to carefully read and follow the instructions. I like the appearance, finish and spray pattern of this faucet. The manual controls work great. The touch controls......are finicky and inconsistent ; I also would prefer an AC power option for the touch controls. The manual version of this faucet might be a better value.

This is a very nice looking faucet and it works fine. I paid a handyman to install and he seemed to get it done pretty easily particularly compared to another faucet set he replaced in our powder room from a different manufacturer which took hours and to install and a return visit to stop a leak. The kitchen faucet has a fairly low flow (I measured one gallon/minute, not the 1.5 or 1.75 which the listing states, and that is after the installer played around with the restrictor to get the flow up to 1.0. That said, it is sufficient and the spray gives it strength when needed. One issue to look out for is the handle which rotates back for hot water. We have a counter on the back side of the sink at bar height and the faucet handle hits the overhang of the counter, making it difficult to put the hot water on all the way. This will not be an issue if you do not have anything behind the sink as an obstruction. Overall, I am happy with this item.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Faucet

This faucet was exactly what we were looking for. With clean lines and a modern flare, this faucet is a lovely addition to our new kitchen. Although our kitchen has a contemporary feel, I think this would fit nicely with many kitchen styles. The faucet is as pictured, if not nicer. The touchless feature we really enjoyed but ultimately ended up turning it off due to various reasons. This is a really beautiful faucet and although expensive, it ultimately offered everything we were looking for. I wanted something that would fit in with our higher end kitchen without taking away from other important elements in the space. It is quite tall but has a nice reach in to our larger sink. I feel for the price, this is a better choice than some of the other products offered at a similar price point. Very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely buy again.
