It cooks great but a bit disappointed in the lightweightness of it. Also not pleased it's not closed in, in the back. We also thought a grill cover was included but apparently not. It replaced a 22 year old Kenmore - we were spoiled!!!

Great Grill, Bad Customer Service

Great grill, was not satisfied with customer service when I was sent a faulty grill from factory.

Well built grill

What can I say in love with this grill it’s beautiful and so easy to use. From high grilling to alittle of smoking with the smoke box. And plus the leds are an added plus. Definitely recommend this grill

Excellent grill

I have had my grill for a few years and use it constantly. It performs very well, and I appreciate the slideout grease pan that makes it very easy to clean. There are some areas that don't cook as quickly as other areas (or hot spots) so you have to closely monitor the cooking process, but that is true with most gas grills. I like the viewing window, but after awhile it must be cleaned to be effective, and that can be a little difficult to get the grease off.

Terrible customer service

You’re lucky if you get someone that answers the phone. I received 2 grills both damaged because of inferior packaging. One through Home Depot and one right from the company. After receiving the 2nd grill it took 3 days before I got ahold of someone. I then had to fill out a warranty form along with pictures and part numbers. I then had to wait for them to approve it and the send out the damaged parts. After about a month I finally had a usable grill.

Still not the best for easy cleaning.

Owned it and used it for a year. Love the glass lid. still looks nice. We do cover and clean. Igniters still work. Yay!

Solid performance, easy to clean

Excellent grill, especially for the price. I have used it over a dozen times in the last forty days. Only complaint is that it was not easy to assemble solo.

Great Grill!

I liked my first Monument grill so much I bought another one after that one finally wore out. I thought the window on the lid was sort of a gimmick, but it's a really great addition! For the price, there is no better grill on the market. I have been recommending them to my friends. Keep up the good work!

Mostly Impressed, But Some Quality Concerns

It's a pretty full-featured grill that's easy to put together. I assembled it by myself with minimal tools in about 30 minutes, and it wasn't very difficult. It works well enough, with good size and grates and an easy electric start.

Best grill

I’ve been grilling for 35+ years, and I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best grill I’ve ever used. I won’t own a grill unless it’s a Monument. Thx.
