Terrible service

I asked you for advice to change the damaged accessory and you offered me one, which I later bought from you and it turns out that it does not fit. I sent an email to get my money back and you didn't respond.

Perfect OEM replacement for the original that had become worn and stained from mold accumulation on the nozzle face.

Never got to use it. Shipping waited 3 business days. We needed it for a rental property and had to go ahead and spend hundreds to have a plumber preplace the entire faucet. I have written to AS twice asking about how to return the unit and have not received a response.

Fits ok, it's about 1/2 inch shorter than the original, I think because it's obviously a different model but this was the only handspray I could find that was VERY similar. Works well though! May need to buy another because a $24 handspray is cheaper than a $150 new kitchen faucet

Simple to install, just thread off the old faucet head, and thread on the new. Perfect match to the original Delta faucet head.

Good Replacement

I bought this for a replacement on my American Standard kitchen faucet. The old one leaked after a couple of years. I had a small snafu when ordering it as the website makes it difficult to see which finish is which. But American Standard was great about allowing me to return the one that wasn't the correct replacement. It's super easy to trade out the old one for the new one. And the price was pretty good. Better than replacing the entire fixture.
