To access warm/hot water it must be moved as far to my left as possible. I cannot spray the inside of the sink as well as before because I cannot swivel the faucet as far to my right as my last identical unit. I did have and paid a professional plumber to install it. My last unit lasted only six years and burst streaming water under the sink and onto the floor when it was not in use. I'm an 86 year old living alone so I purchased the same unit hoping for easier installation but I should have purchased a better unit.

So far it was working great and Home Depot is my playpen. I buy everything from Home Depot. Their quality is top notch and return policy is great for 3 months. Every working people are very kind and good thing is they all speaking English and more men workers so they know better than women. God bless.

Braided/kinked supply line

I bought this as my first ever faucet replacement. After a couple hours teaching myself how to do things I finally went to test the water out of the faucet.

The Glacier Bay Single-Handle Pull-out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel that I recently purchased at Home Depot is very satisfactory for my needs in the kitchen. The faucet is very easy to install for do-it-yourselfers. The installation instructions are well written and straightforward. I appreciate the stainless steel look and the ease of operation. This faucet performs better than my previous faucet by far. I think it was a great purchase at a very reasonable cost. I will likely purchase Glacier Bay products in the future.

The faucet has worked well since we have had it. We love that the replacement has more shiny chrome, but it functions the exact same as the original. The spray capacity is what I love most. It helps to clear the sink faster of any suds or debris that has gathered. It definitely meets my expectations.

Faulty Product Beware

The spray head valve will fail. This causes the water to switch back and forth uncontrollably between spray and normal. Glacier Bay and Home Depot sent me a replacement head. Now the replacement head is failing in the exact same way. I just got of the phone with customer service and they are asking for the receipt. They already replaced it before without the receipt.

Poor engineering

Faucet swivel worked great for a few months but then became stiff. As more muscle needed to twist, the under sink attachment becomes loose.

Excellent faucet for the price

Excellent faucet for the price although has a couple of drawbacks. The amount of water coming out is less than our previous faucet, likely due to the filter inside the tap. The other is that it reverts to the stream setting everytime you turn it off rather than staying on the spray setting, which is annoying if you want to use the spray setting but don't want to keep the water running the whole time you are using it. Despite these drawbacks, I would recommend it as it is substantially cheaper than other similar faucets and is very easy to install.

As a professional, Glacier Bay kitchen faucets are my favorite. The fast-mount system is the easiest installation in the industry, requiring no tools for mounting! As I own rental properties, this saves time and frustration when swapping out faucets; anyone who has had the experience of removing old faucets and installing new ones using a myriad of tools will appreciate this difference. The pull-out style is also my favorite, as it takes up less space in the kitchen than pull-down styles that sometimes interfere with above-sink cabinets or shelves. Highly recommended!

[Rewarded Review] Nice unit, but, measure before you get it!

The Glacier Bay Market Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black is a very pretty unit. It seems to work smoothly and looks great. However, I did run into a problem which has prompted me to give it only 4 stars. The problem is that the connecting hoses are permanently connected to the faucet so you can’t change them if they go bad. Now, I didn’t take the faucet apart and there may be a way of replacing the connectors, but, I didn’t see it. I had planned on using this unit on a laundry tub basin in our laundry room, but, ran into another problem, again with the hose connectors, which was that they were about two inches too short to reach from the sink to the existing floor connectors. That means I would have to somehow extend the floor connectors or find/make an extension to fit the existing hoses – or find a plumber to install it who might have another way. At this point, I am going to install it in the kitchenette in the basement of our Lakehouse when we build it. If you have a kitchen where the water connectors are about 4 inches from the floor or more this is a great faucet and I love the trigger on the sprayer that lets you spray and just let go of the trigger to return the sprayer to normal. The only problems I found with this faucet is the short and permanently connected water hoses and the possibility of the quick connector being too large to easily fit under the sink or get your hand around to tighten. If you check these two things and they check good, you are good to go. I would then recommend it if you were a friend. The install will be quick and easy for most anyone. It is a nice unit.

Gorgeous looking faucet. Installs with only one hole needed. But also comes with a cover of your countertop has 3 holes. Has great pressure. Can use a a single stream or a sprayer. It extends so you can clean the sink and fill up big pots. The black finish is very high end looking. Installation was a breeze. Has a quick connect for the water supply to the faucet.

Glacier Bay Market Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet is a nice smaller size faucet!! We've had a minor leaky faucet in our travel trailer and was looking for a smaller size with a sprayer than the taller ones more commonly offered. This turned out to be a perfect fit for what we wanted. The color complements the decor of our RV. VERY easy to install but I did have to be buy a fitting (see pics) to connect the two together (from Home Depot, of course!). And it is very easy to operate with the spray button. Highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller size faucet for your home or RV! Imported.

A good value priced sink faucet. The matte black color looks great in our black sink. The unit seems to be very solid and made from quality materials until you get to the pull-out sprayer which appears to be made out of light plastic. Why wouldn’t they make the sprayer – which is the piece everyone is going to touch and judge the product quality on – consistent to the same high quality of the faucet? I guess one could buy a new higher quality pull-out sprayer if so inclined. The unit has a number of nice features making installation very quick and easy. To begin with there is an App that is available giving a step-by-step 3D video on the install process. The FastMount feature is great and the attachment of the weight without screws is a timesaver. Included in the package are two replacement filters which is a thoughtful addition. The flow rate is 1.8 gallons per minute. Overall, I am just okay with the product and again wished they would have used a better sprayer.

Rich blacked completely color. Well packaged and with the fast mount system it is an easy tool free installation. If you have never used these get ready for treat, makes things easy. Kit includes everything you need to install and even has these new things they are calling water filters. You install them into your lines and then they protect the faucet valve in case a piece of something comes through your lines. Seems like simple insurance to protect your investment, preventing a costly repair. Great idea.

Fantastic!

I love it! It actually replaced a more expensive brand and I love this one better! Very easy to pull out, slide around and the flow of water is just right. It goes along great with my deep full sink. Easy install after me and my son got the older one out. It looks really nice too! I love that this is a Home Depot Brand. They stick by their products!

This was an easy install. I installed it on a stainless sink. I bought the chrome faucet, it looks great on the sink. Smooth operation. I hate doing plumbing but this went smooth for me. I called a plumber, he want $120 for the install so I did it myself and saved money. It took me a couple hours to remove the old one and install the new one. Overall very happy Lakewood Ca
