The 3x is just too heavy.

At least it didn't damage my glass or tile wall when it fell down? The adhesive is simply not strong enough to hold the weight of the triple dispenser and the fluids that go in it. It stayed up for about 5 days, and that was after following directions precisely (other than refusing to drill into my glass). I don't know what my next step is here, but this didn't work, and I'm out $80. I did not receive any compensation for this review. Unlike most of these reviews.

It had promise

I really wish the box and instructions didn’t include the option to use the 3M adhesive option. We put it on marble, and within 24 hours of filling the canisters (24 hours after putting the base on the wall) and using it once, it fell into the bathtub, the canisters broke, and all of the soap went down the drain. It was a very expensive attempt to improve the shower experience. Now I’m figuring out how to live without it, as I don’t want to make further investments, it’s adding up to over $100.

Garbage adhesive. Use screws.

I followed the instructions to the letter. I have a tile shower. I cleaned it first, used the alcohol wipe, let it dry, stuck on the backing plate, holding for 30 seconds. let it cure for 24 hours before attaching the dispensers. 1 day after filling dispensers me attaching them - it falls off the wall. Not only is it dangerous and a pain to get a replacement - it spilled $20 worth of shower products.

Looks Great But Clogs Too Easily with Conditioners

I purchased the triple dispenser intending to use it with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I like the look ,ease of installation, and intuitive design overall. But every conditioner I have tried has clogged up. Seems to me this thing wasn’t designed taking into account the thicker consistency of conditioners.

Only half work

We received the triple wall mount pump from our wedding registry. After installing them we realized only one of the three pumps worked. I worked with customer support for weeks trying to get replacements to be told that their stock had run out and it would take two months to get new ones. After finally getting a new set of three pumps as replacements, only two of those pumps work…

Could do better

We have now bought five of your triple dispensers over the last three years for two different houses. We have attached them to the bathroom walls either using the sticky pads or with screws. I chose the sticky pads for the most recent. Sadly it became detached from the wall and one of the dispensers broke. I wrote to ask if you could supply me the spare part l needed, but no l had to buy a replacement dispenser. When l went online to do so they were out of stock, so l have a dispenser l cannot use, all for the sake of a little plastic collar or better stuck patches. I still love your dispensers and have recommended them to friends & family.

Poor quality

I have bought several of these over the years and loved them, HOWEVER, something is wrong with the quality lately. Customer service and warranty has been very helpful but let’s be honest, if you have to have two replacements and it’s still not working right something has gone down hill. First order two of the three pumps didn’t work, did troubleshooting and still would not dispense. They sent me a double to replace the two dispensers. Of the two in the replacement one didn’t not dispense, they sent me a replacement. Now I have yet another pump that won’t dispense and I am beyond frustrated with the whole thing.

We have been long time fans of the simplehuman brand, having started off with a small garbage can for our bathroom, and growing our collection of products to include soap dispensers and now the shower caddy. Oops, our bad

We accidentally started to apply the wall plate upside down. We pulled it off the wall & applied it properly. It worked great until it didn’t! It came off the wall with a crash bang. All the shampoo & body wash spilled out in our shower! I’m sure our drain was filled with suds all the way to the street.

Why did I wait so long

I love love love this shower dispenser! It’s like a shower remodel for under a hundred bucks. Saves space, time, and soap/shampoo/conditioner. If you’re still using a shower caddy to hold bulky bottles, you’re doing it wrong. This dispenser is a must in any shower. Period.
