The unit is exactly what I wanted, and it does what it is supposed to do. The negative is that the written procedure is faulty because it requires two people to do the sink assembly. I called the company and informed them of their procedural error.

I replaced my existing 10 year old Moen faucet with this one. Definitely not the same quality. Flimsy and smaller. Time will tell how long it will last.

Installation was easy. This is the second Moen kitchen faucet that I have installed in 20 years. The old one was in need of replacement because of the minerals in the water. When I needed a part for the old one, Moen was always very helpful. I love the new faucet and doing business with Moen.

The brushed silver color goes great in my kitchen and the sprayer is great. We have just had it a couple of week almost and it is doing good so far. It meets all of our expectations so far.

I had to replace our old faucet, had first purchased another brand but couldn't get my Brita filter to fit on the faucet, so we went back and bought this one. This was my second choice, its nice looking and happy with this one.

The faucet set is attractive and the high arc faucet is ideal for washing tall pots. It was easy to install. Very satisfied!

Moen is an excellent brand. Very nice, simple faucet. Removed inner portion of flow restrictor and force of water is very good.

Disappointing

There are things about this faucet we love -- it looks great, was pretty easy to install, and as faucets go these days, fairly sturdy. However, the diverter has been annoying since day one. When using the sprayer, it takes several seconds after letting go of the sprayer trigger for the stream to shut off and divert back to coming out of the faucet. Also, we're now less than two years in and the faucet is dripping incessantly even when everything is shut off. Disappointing.

I love my new faucet, it’s very pretty and it turned so easy. What a difference from my old one. The only thing is it said that it wouldn’t spot and it does. If I wipe it off right away, it doesn’t. I would buy it again anyway it’s so pretty and nice and it’s a Moen, and they guarantee their parts.

Works great, looks great and love the sprayer.
