I ordered wrong part

Just tried to install today at my rental, Unfortunately, this unit does not fit my faucet. I apparently ordered the wrong one. I will be returning. So far I've been pleased with any parts in the past.

Perfect accessories

The sprayer worked and plumbers kept say will need to buy whole next fixture. They were so wrong - Thank god Walmart offered this accessory- it worked perfectly and saved me $150..

Perfect replacement

I got about a decade out of the original. Super easy to replace, I’m happy.

Almost Perfect

Everything was perfect except for the installation. There is a plastic divider in the faucet that separates the water lines from the spray hose. I eventualy had to force the divider out, install the ne spray hose, then reinstall the divider. Five stars for the part, minus one star for ease of installation.

My Olvera pulldown was an older model but this one fits perfectly! The top piece that I had to take apart was held with a set screw not a pushpin. Once I had that figured out, it was great!

Wrong part

First delivery was not right part, took responsibility and quickly delivered the right part, thank you!

Replacement sprayer and hose for Olvera Faucet.

Difficult to install. There seemed to be a block in the middle of the faucet which made threading the hose through very difficult. Also the hose material seems very prone to tearing. The sprayer won't stay on regular flow especially if you only want a small stream of water.

Pull down hose replacement

Perfect replacement, but a little difficult to install. It wouldn’t feed through, got stuck in the faucet so we had to figure out how to open the faucet without removing the whole thing. If it had come with instructions telling us that, it would have been much quicker and easier to install. At least provide a link for online instructions where we could look it up.

Exactly what I needed. Fit was perfect, shipping was pretty quick and the price was the same as other retailers but this came straight from the manufacturer.

The pulldown faucet was just over five years old and only used about twice a month. I feel this product should not have failed this soon. It was installed in a summer residence which is only used every other weekend nine months a year ..

Very easy and efficient online ordering. Correct order was received.

The sprayer hose started leaking so we couldn't pull the sprayer out. The new seems more flexible, so I tried a string around the old hose before pulling it out. Used the string to help pull the new one through. I had called customer service when I didn't see a confirmation email. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Turned out the email was in my spam folder.
