It really works!
This is my second one. The first one lasted about 5 years before it seemed to not cool me down anymore so I got a new one. It’s great.
Pretty nice pillows
A little firmer and higher than what I normally use (even after I removed the inserts), but they seem to be breaking in a little. Hopefully they get better with time. All-in-all, pretty nice.
I would buy again.
This pillow is great for your neck. And you have a headache the cooling effect on the one side is soothing.

Removable inner pillow
Great product, and the removable inner pillow was the selling factor for me.
This is the kind of pillow you will never want to be without! It’s nice and cool on one side and wonderfully soft on the other. love, love, love it!
Not as fluffy as our older ones
If I could give this pillow a minus 10 I would! It is hard as a rock and I can’t use it. And, apparently it cannot be returned. So, now I am stuck with a $140 pillow I can’t use! Terrible customer service! I will not buy another thing from Wayfair!
Deeper sleep
I really like he firm yet softness of the material. It works for me, less neck discomfort and better, deeper sleep.

Headache help.
My husband was having terrible headaches beginning in his neck. The pillow has helped tremendously. It was pricey but worth it.
