Pillow seems nice and the zip around so its firmer sounds like a good idea. In practice however the zipper pulled apart first time I tried to make it firmer. The loft with it unzipped is not bad. However no cooling at all the memory foam just makes me sweat, and hot flashes feel like the pillow is melting onto the side of ones head. Rather unpleasant

This is the best pillow I have ever bought. It is the firm pillow I have been searching for. Its firm but also comfortable. This pillow is my all time favorite for me because I sleep on my back. If you want to buy a great pillow, this is definitely the one.

I like the firmness and loft of of the pillow. It has a zipper that compresses the pillow if you prefer a less lofty pillow.

Just what I wanted

Nice pillow but too firm for me.

I was looking to replace my 10 year old memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. I enjoy soft pillows and this one was just a little too firm. If you like firm pillows you might like this one. I tried it out for 3 nights and every night I would wake up with stiffness in my neck.

These pillows are exactly what I was expecting. They are firm, heavy and cooling.
