Replaced my Hon 3-Drawer Mobile Vertical File Cabinet just as good or better than the Hon, will replace another Hon 3-Drawer Mobile Vertical File Cabinet with the Staples model in the near future.

Slips right under my desk and perfect for the small office space that I am allotted. The top drawers are just right for keeping my desktop clear of clutter and make it easy to keep the files I am working on near at hand for the next day.

Would never buy from them again.

Bought a pair of these on line. I had to return them 3 times because of damage. Who ever they’re getting them from must be putting damaged cabinets in the boxes because all orders there were no damage at all on any of the boxes. Buyer beware is all I can say. Last shipment I had 1 good cabinet and 1 damaged again. I gave up and fixed the damage myself instead of dealing with these people.

I bought two of these black filing cabinets. So practical & useful. The quality is outstanding!! By far, they exceed expectations. Very very nice!

Exactly what you’d expect. No issues

It comes with wheels that you can attach. So don’t buy a caddy like I did, which I now have to return.

Too wide for hanging folders

File drawer is about 1/2 inch too wide for the hanging file folders. They can only be used from side to side but not front to back. Cannot hold as many side to side.

Good File cabinet

Lock works ok, the hanging file drawer was little bent and file folders wouldn't go in, but metal was thin enough I was able to pull until it is straight and now the file folders fit. It looks ok so fat.

Sturdy and smooth

Came assembled. Metal assembly is sturdy. Ball-bearings make for effortless opening and closing. Casters allow you to move it easily as needed. Color is neutral and works with everything. 1 drawer for hanging files and 2 drawers for all your stuff.

Awesome Home Office Cabinet

This was my second cabinet I purchased. I sent back the other one it was trash from another retailer. Staples cabinet is PERFECT! Heavy duty, drawers work effortlessly. Came fully assembled. Would purchase again.

Easy to keep things related to a specific project.

It’s heavy-duty, wheeled for easy moving and lockable. The bottom drawer for files with the two top drawers for supplies; it’s perfect to contain everything relating to a specific project.

Perfect fit

Purchased for church office. This cabinet provides a pencil/supply drawer. A drawer for banking deposit items and a high side file drawer. All 3 drawers LOCK, and it perfectly slides under our desk on easy moving castors. Delighted with this purchase.

Great Sturdy Functional

This is a fabulous sturdy heavy duty functional file cabinet which has two smaller "pencil" drawers that are so helpful with organization. The drawers slide easily and I love the built in rolling casters on the bottom

A compact filing place for my kitchen

It seems reasonably sturdy and is not too big. It fits almost under my counter overhang so helps remove "office' clutter from counter.
