Terrible Product-DO NOT BUY

The pan is a piece of garbage! The non stick did not even last a year! Neither Canadian Tire or Starfrit will stand behind their product citing “normal wear”.

Consistently about a year life for my fry pans. But I do love them before they go bad.

Love these pans. Great and easy to cook on. Would say that for my frying pan, it only lasts a year before things starts sticking. After that my eggs and pancakes and other foods get messed up.

This frying pan is as solid as it's name... "Starfrit The Rock". We are tired of spinning pans on a glass stovetop and this on is guaranteed not to warp. It has a great look.

Simply the best frying pan ever!

After several uses with a variety of foods The ROCK performs like it was brand new! Will never purchase any other brand. Holds a large quantity of food yet not too heavy.

Good non stick frying pan for the money. Non sticks are fragile and there’s a list of do’s and don’t, and this one is no different. Cast iron are too high maintenance though. I’m happy with this one.

non stick surface coating has changed?

This was my favorite go to pan. I've owned several of them in different sizes over the years since this brand was on the market. when my 12" finally wore out, I purchased this one. After only a couple of months time everything sticks to this pan so badly - it a soak project to get it off. I'm just going to throw it away. I have never had this problem before with my old Starfrit Rock pans. ( *I do hand wash all my pan 100% of the time. ) so this pan should have lasted a year or two at least.

Coating Doesn't Last

Two sizes of the frypan that worked well for a while; however, the coating wore off within ten months, presenting a health risk and necessity of discarding both of them. Saw another exact same frypan in the same condition in our community recycle. This product isn't made to last very long. Just another product designed with obsolescence and the necessity of repeatedly tossing products in the landfill and buying another. A great environmental and health disgrace.

Disappointed

I bought this frying pan, as well as two other size pans 3 years ago. The product was amazing for 1-2 years - nothing would stick to the pans. However, that slowly changed. Now everything burns no matter what I do. Its absolutely horrible and unhealthy. I am disappointed given they are pricy. I was warned from friends years ago that the rock frying pans don't hold up for more than 1-2 years. They were right. I have been delaying getting rid of them but its time to get new frying pans. I will not buy this product again.
