Body wash, useful?

Our water pressure is a little low, but I don't see this as a massager regardless. The nozzles sway back and forth which is neat. Our 2 heads are mounted horizontal. Wife likes it though. Have to make sure the opposite end of the shower can handle lots of water hitting the wall without exiting the shower.

Made of Plastic including the trim

I recently purchased two of these (now returning). They are made of plastic throughout including what goes in the wall and the colored face trim. Plastic is so thin and flimsy. The face trim especially looks cheap and does not match with the rest of the kohler finishes in metal. Definitely not worth the price tag for material quality.
