Beautiful but broken

Purchased this set a few months ago and have used the pans a few times each. I never put them in the dishwasher and haven’t used at high heat, but one is already cracked all the way through. these are beautiful, but I am very disappointed with the quality.

I recently tried the 7.5” x 6” white ceramic baking dish, and it's become a kitchen favorite! Its compact size is perfect for smaller portions or side dishes, making it a great addition to my bakeware collection. Amazing bakeware

Love love love these Staub baking dishes! They are so beautiful easy to clean and a great statement piece. On a top of it all they are non toxic! I’m now changing all my cookware to staub as well! The company itself is great as well.

Beautiful color. Cherry Red. I am glad it has handles to pick up the hot food. Since my wife died two years ago, this size is just right for me. Not too heavy to hold. Very pretty to put on the table.

I like this product because first of all, it is easy to wash. After baking, it gets pretty hard to take off the dirt and leftover from other brands but the Staub baking pan I got is very easy to clean. Second is that, even if you have used it so many times, the color of the product does not fade and lastly, the quality is good because the food that you bake comes out perfectly and cooked evenly.

Versatile baking dishes

These dishes have been in constant use since I brought them home. Roast chicken, cornbread, savory casseroles all have come out perfect in these pans. The little one even fits my toaster oven. Excellent purchase, especially at a sale price!

Perfect for one person meals

I love this Staub ceramic dish. Due to my husband’s ever changing work schedule, I am often left to prepare meals for just myself when I get home from work in the evening. This 7.5 x 6” ceramic dish is the perfect size to do that. I am able to make Easy, quick & delicious homemade meals for one perfectly in this dish. Cleaning is incredibly easy also. I highly recommend this Staub ceramic baking dish.

Perfect dish for many uses

This is an excellent baking dish for all kinds of things! The stoneware material distributes heats evenly, and my convection oven s helps out as well so there are no hot spots in casserole or lasagna. I also used this pan to finish a reverse sear prime rib roast. Fantastic! And clean up was a breeze too!

Cute, but not practical

This baking dish is really too small to be useful for most. The dimensions (10.5" x 7.5") listed in product details is a stretch, as it include the handles.

I wish I bought this sooner!!!

Initially hesitant to drop $80 on a ceramic baking dish due to some of the reviews that mentioned cracking after one use-- but OH MAN, I'm so glad that I did. This dish has been a God-send. Did I buy this dish for the specific use of making crustless quiche? Maybe. But I can see more casseroles in my future thanks to this baking dish! Heck, I might even just bake a bread in it... my only regret is only buying this one dish as a standalone, and not in a set :(

Not Scratch Resistant as Advertised

I picked these up last month and finally washed and used them for the first time tonight. The C&B site says scratch resistant. I know that can mean caution may still be needed with use. However, the box says "scratch proof" which made me relax a little. Well, both claims are completely false. After one use, the inside has many scratches. I will be returning asap.

Glad I Bought This Baking Dish

What a dish, so practical yet very attractive. Was debating between the blue and the red, and finally chose the blue which is very pretty. However, I am sure that I would have liked the red just as well. This baking dish cooks food evenly and is great for roasting meats and vegetables. Cleaning this dish is effortless which is very welcomed after preparing and cooking dinner every evening.

The Staub 13 x 9 baker is perfect for any baking need, but what I love the most is that it is so beautiful I can serve from the table! Lasagna fir a Saturday evening dinner with friends? Right on the table. Chicken casserole for family? Right on the table! Unlike my glass bakers, which are discolored after years of use, no matter what I use to clean them, my Staub baker is always lovely. The quality and heft of the dish is super. I highly recommend all Staub oroducts!

I received this as a gift yesterday and used it the same night to bake a double batch of baked ziti. I wanted a deeper dish than the plain glass one I have had for years. This easily fit 2 lbs. of pasta plus looked beautiful as a serving dish. No complaints at all and if it holds up as well as the two smaller Staub baking dishes I already have I will never need to replace it.

Love Staub. I had to throw out my old metal baking pan as it has a limited shelf life. Bought this 3 piece baking set and couldn’t be happier. Bakes evenly, cleaning it is a breeze and it’s pretty enough to go right into the table. So pleased I went with this ceramic set versus just replacing my old metal pan with another metal one.

This is one of my all-time favorite dishes. It’s easy to clean and very durable. I’ve had no issues with scratching since I use wooden and silicone utensils and baked on food soaks off easily to clean. It’s really beautiful and I like that it looks nice enough to both bake and serve in, I get compliments on all of my Staub bakeware. I have replaced all of my glass dishes and Pyrex with Staub.

Worth every penny! I truly had no need to buy a new set of bakeware, since I’ve had my trusty Pyrex set for a long time. However I saw that there was a great deal available for these gorgeous blue dishes and I couldn’t help myself. They are gorgeous! The shipping was quick and I was able to track everything via UPS. Everything was boxed up very carefully which I definitely appreciate. I put everything through the dishwasher and they came out great! I actually used a baking dish earlier today to make a set of brownies for My office and everything came out delicious and very beautiful. I cannot wait to add more stop bakeware pieces to my collection.

Beautiful Staub ceramic baking dish, it is not too small nor too big for every baking needs, the size is perfect for family dinner such as roasting, baking, braising. This is a great gratin dish and exceptionally great. The colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and to the table setting. Can bake and serve food directly from the oven straight to the dining table for sumptuous dinner. Perfect for every occasion gifting idea or a gift to yourself. It is oven safe and can be broiling too. Easy clean, so cleaning is a breeze! Just soak with water and dishwashing soap to remove any food residue and cleans better.

All American Mac & Cheese Goes Here

For some reason, probably because it's the way my mom did it, I think mac & cheese should be in a rectangular dish. Most recipes tell me to put in a rectangular baking dish, so I do, and then for me, all is right with the world. This baking dish, in Rustic Red, is perfect for two people and it looks like something you find in a country bistro. It's very farmhouse chic, IMHO.
