Einblatt-Lasagne im Holzofen

Ich habe eine Form in der Größe eines fertigen Lasagneblattes gesucht ohne dass man dieses aufwändig zerstückeln muss. Das klappt wunderbar und die Lasagne wird schön hoch statt breit.

Sehr gute Backform

Die Backform ist jeden Cent wert. Sie ist bei uns inzwischen seit mehreren Monaten regelmäßig im Gebrauch. Wir backen damit Kuchen und Brot und alles backt einfach besser als in einer normalen Kastenform. Wir waren zuerst skeptisch, weil Kastenformen in der Regel etwas länger sind als diese, aber sie kann einfach für die auf Kastenformen angelegte Backrezepte genutzt werden. Wir haben viele unterschiedliche Rezepte ausprobiert und nichts ist übergelaufen. Brote und Kuchen haben sich bisher immer völlig problemlos aus der Form lösen lassen - nichts bleibt hängen oder kleben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden die Form immer wieder kaufen.

This pan is great for terrines, pates, bread and icebox desserts. The cast iron construction makes it great for oven, stove, fridge and freezer. The natural properties of the iron hold both hot and cold temperatures exceptionally well. The enamel coating means no seasoning and easy cleaning. The matte texture gives great browning and an easy release.

This is an absolutely beautiful loaf pan. My intentions for it are to make meatloaf, banana bread, and pound cake. I'm sure I'll find many more uses for it.

A cast iron loaf pan would ensure a nice crisp crust on the edges of loaf of Nut bread or even a meatloaf.

Everyone needs a loaf pan! From meat loaf, to banana bread, to any kinds of bread that you personally love, this pan will do it all and with wonderful results.

I just used this pan for a lemon pound cake and it came out perfectly. Nice to get a moist inside with a nice soft crust. So easy to clean and nice for storage in frig until you only have 1 or 2 slices left. Can make so many things in this - pastas included.

Everything from bread to meatloaf has met it's perfect pan. A cast iron loaf pan is going to deliver superior results to glass or steel because it heats up evenly on all sides and provides the perfect browning for the edges. The matte black coating has great release properties too. I love serving right from this because it has a rustic look that a good homemade loaf deserves.

Love, Love this pan! My banana bread gets a little crispy on the outside which adds so much flavor. My meatloaf browns and cooks faster because of the great way cast iron heats. It is enamalled on the inside so everything comes out super easy and clean up is a breeze.

Bread making at it's best

This pan makes a great loaf of bread - yeast bread, sweet bread, quick bread. The cast iron bakes evenly resulting in a tender bread. Adjust cooking time a bit for the dark interior.

Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside!

I will never go back to baking quick and yeast breads in glass or stainless steel again. Cast iron is definitely the only way to get perfect bread everytime. Makes a nice crisp crust, cooks evenly and leaves a moist soft interior. I use this all the time for my corn bread recipe that requires the pan to be heated to 450 degrees before the batter is poured in. The results are superior to any other pan I have tried.

Not just for loaf!

There's nothing else is more beautiful in being able to cook but to have a bakeware that will transitions cooking to artistry of table setting, a tasty food come out of the oven to table beautifully. Mainly I will write about food I love to cook in this perfect loaf pan, my favorite artichoke cheese and spinach dip. I liked baking pasta like mac & cheese, bake macaroni, fettuccini and lasagna. This Staub cast iron is made in France, an enameled cast iron is easy to clean and doesn't require seasoning, exceptionally heat retention and distribution and is highly scratch resistant. Oven safe up to 572F.

Perfect pan

I just made an incredible banana bread in this pan. The edges are golden brown and the inside is tender.

Great loaf pan for breads or meatloaf. The black enamel interior browns beautifully and cleans us so easily. No seasoning required.

I use this loaf pan to bake my signature banana bread. I have yet to perfect the time and heat of all of it but it certainly does achieve the perfect brown and crisp on the outside that I desire. Plus it's easy to clean and doesn't take up too much space.

A great cast iron loaf pan

This loaf pan is perfect for baking all the bread recipes, whether it’s Banana bread to Pumpkin bread, it does a great job of baking evenly and thoroughly. The bread releases really well from the pan as well. The great thing about this enameled cast iron loaf pan besides that it doesn’t need to be seasoned like traditional cast iron, is that it can go from oven to table to fridge or freezer.
