Never buy this product

Very cheap quality and design also very bad. I don’t recommend this to anyone

Buyer beware!!

Even after saying delivered, I didn’t receive my package until after 3 days later. Customer service was not very helpful either! When I finally got my package, it was missing the slacks! Had to return!

I purchased this 3 months ago for my 7 year old. It has already broken and is unusable with only 3 months of use. Very disappointed in the quality.

Need better Quality control before packaging

The legs had the brackets in a different level preventing the frame to fit as it was intended. I adjusted them to be able to fit the pieces to it. Also the screws previously placed holding the brackets were in angle preventing the frame to fit. Again I had to re adjusted them as well. Due to that it took me longer to build it. Also the velcros to tight the wood rails to the frame were missing, only two were placed.

Glued together, shoddy, lasted less than 2 weeks

If I could rate this item a zero I would. The part of the side of the frame that is supposed to hold up the slats fell off within two weeks of purchase and assembly. Apparently, it was glued on and not very well. Wildly disappointing. Hopefully, this is a unique defect and it is not standard practice to glue so poorly. They clearly took an easier/perhaps cheaper route to build this piece and it shows.

Poor Quality and Unstable Bed frame

I rarely write reviews but this bed frame is super poor quality, unstable, and parts came chipped. I tried to return it but you have to contact the seller in which you have to pay for your own shipping back. Thankfully after calling Walmart directly they were able to provide a shipping label but I'd say skip on this one.
