Product is as advertised. Have opened only 3 of 20 boxes ordered but no problems yet with the unbroken tiles. However, shipping was poor and all tiles in one box are broken. Tiles are packaged in a box with a big opening in front, with no padding or protection at all. 12 boxes (very, very heavy) were shipped in one small flimsy carton that had been taped shut using only one layer of tape, only once around. The carton must have broken apart and one of the 3 boxes I've opened must have been kicked or fallen because every tile in that box has a corner broken off. I'll have to go back to Home Depot to exchange. The delivery man had to hand carry the carton up because it had come completely apart and the boxes were falling all over. Every single one of the 300 tiles must now be inspected so broken ones can be exchanged before time to do so is up. Shipper should also have taken more care in handling. (Delivery man was very careful, though.)

Bought 8 boxes, 6 boxes all had broken corners, entire boxes. Not all the same size. Had to cut to 11 1/4” so could actually use. Prep the floor by cleaning and painting but a lot of tiles won’t stick. Worst product I have ever used. Would have returned but I drove 1 1/2 hours to get it so to far to return. Don’t waste your money!

terrible...Wouldnt stick even tried gluing, the color looks like it was painted on AND I had two different colors in same box!

Its super thin and the edges between each of them are not really sticking so you can see the gaps. I used a pin to fit them as it was the closet.

Absolute crap. DO NOT BUY. I laid this flooring down on top of New subfloor and the next day more than half had either peeled or corners peeled up. I laid weight on them to see if it would stick down. No such luck. Had to pull up all the tiles. Sad thing is I bought on my card and now I still have to pay for them. Grrrr

Surface print is sometimes misaligned so top edges are white on some tiles within.5mm. Black color is not consistent between all tiles in same box/batch. e.g. lighter black on at least 3 tiles.

Floors turned out great! They were easy to install and fairly easy to cut with a square tool and a sharp box cutter. Would definitely recommend using some kind of “stick and stay” depending on the sub floor the tiles are being applied to.

Even with appropriate floor prep the tiles did not stay stuck to the floor. Will need to add extra glue or remove entirely and use a different brand of white tile. Never had this problem with self stick tiles before. Very disappointed.

10% of the tiles had spots where the black was missing. It looked like the black was just a coating on top of the white tile. You can peel the black off. Very poor quality.

Well - you get what you pay for! Paper thin - black has an oxidized look to it at an angle, blotchy/streaky color, looks like fingerprints(?) but won't come off. White better than black but still has some brownish smudges and some 'bubbles' in the surface. Not sure what to do with them - heavy - will likely cost as much in shipping to return. Sad.
