Sterling Oak Different Color from Pictures

Quality is decent and it came together well (just pay very close attention to direction piece M should face). Unfortunately the color (sterling oak) is not consistent with the images. The images are much richer and have more variation that what I received, I’m guessing they may actually be of the walnut option. Sterling oak is more muted and somewhere between grey and beige. Ultimately I’m keeping it because the boxes are just too big and heavy to deal with returning, but am disappointed as the color in the images would have looked much better in my home.

Stand looks great. I wanted this style for a home theater setup but didn’t want to break the bank. It is very similar to the more expensive brands with just a few differences. It arrived with pretty minor damage on the rear panel but they gave me a generous partial credit to make up for it. Super happy with it overall!

It's not the products fault!

I don't think it's the products fault, it actually looks really nice, it was the experience. Ordered based on delivery date. Label was created on the day the product was supposed to arrive. Another 2 days later it was picked up by the carrier. Received the base and 7 days later a message saying the top half was damaged beyond repair. Not happy with the whole experience and frustrated that it couldn't be fulfilled in a timely manner.
