My expectations were high when I ordered the tub on line; however, I unsure if I got the product what I paid for. No label on the box to say it was the Ensemble tub and the quality looks like a $349.00 bathtub not a $520.00. Very disappointing

Tub is very durable and looks great, easy install and Kohler tech support is the best.

The tub came with scuffs or finish blemishes that won't come off. I believe it's a manufacturing defect. Overall, I think it's a low quality tub.

This is the 2nd time we ordered it online. Both times the walls arrived cracked. We finally decided to just buy one that was already in store. Even though it wasn’t the style or brand we wanted. We waited a week each time for it to arrive. So we are now two weeks behind!

Terrible product, the corner of the skirt cracked and we were taking extra care installing it.I can see someone kicking the skirt getting in the tub and cracking it and after installing $2000 dollars with of tile this would be a problem.I didn't keep my receipt so I guess i am stuck with it. researching online now to find a better product.
