Do not buy- these should be recalled- health and safety issues

The inside "stainless steel" started rusting after just 2 months of use- this is either false advertising or a major product defects opening up to a huge health and safety issue. Please everyone check the insides of these water bottles- it started off looking like tiny spots that could not wash off and kept getting bigger to the point you could tell they were rust spots. So what exactly is the lining made of in these? There should definitely be a recall issued on these asap. I have already reached out to Target and they do not seem concerned.

[Rewarded Review] Portable,Spill proof, But doesn’t keep it cold

This bottle is super tough, it has a super thick rubber outside that absorbs drops. The color can be seen in a crowd, and has an excellent spot for a name. It’s small enough to toss in a bag and seals perfectly so there are no spills. With all that being said, it does not keep liquids cold for very long. This was super disappointing.

[Rewarded Review] Convenient product!

Qater bottles have become almost an every day productthat we use, so its best to have a good one! Ive used this one every day since I recieved it. It has a the straw that connects to the mouthpiece, and the mouthpiece is the pop up style. It came with a pipe style cleaner to get in those hard to reach places when you wash it which I liked alot! I used it primarily to keep my water cold and it did the job. It kept ice for.over 6 hours at least. The only con I really have for it is the size. It could definitely have been a bit bigger. Overall Id recommend it for anyone who uses them.

My daughter is absolutely in love with this Gatorade bottle! It is stainless steel on the inside, and the outside is a pleasant hard plastic that is easy to grip! It is awesome at keeping your beverage cold for hours, but it says it's for only cold beverages. My daughter liked it so much that I got a second one so when I was it she will have one available!

[Rewarded Review] Great Kid-Sized Water Bottle

The Gatorade 12oz Rookie Bottle is a great kid-sized water bottle. Its handle is very nice for being able carrying along, and the slip resistant material is great! The only downside to this water bottle is that it’s not completely spill resistant. If the bottle is tipped on its side, it will leak! (Or at least mine did!) Overall this water bottle is great for kids & I would definitely recommend it.

This Gatorade Rookie Stainless Steel Bottle is fantastic! First off, red is my son’s favorite color, so he was all about it as soon as it arrived. Second, it’s easy to hand-wash but it is also dishwasher safe as well. It even came with a brush to thoroughly clean the straw and spout. Its perfectly sized and I love that it fits inside my son’s lunchbox. It keeps his drink cold because the ice lasts the whole time he’s at school! So moms, there’s no need to wait in line for the next color release of some awkwardly, big, trendy, overpriced tumbler. I LOVE this Gatorade Rookie Stainless Steel bottle for my tween, and absolutely recommend it!

Our family opts for stainless steel when it comes to bottles/cups. The Rookie Bottle is not only stainless steel, but durable and holds ice for 24+ hours. Since we are on-the-go most days, it was important to skip any leaking — no worries on that front because we experienced zero leaks! The bottle of the bottle has a spot for you to write a name, making it perfect for sports, school, and anything in between. It also arrives with a handy brush to clean the straw and lid with. It has been easy enough for both of our boys to open (ages 2 and 5). We cannot wait to use this during soccer season!

My 11 year old and I did a little experiment with this bottle, we put ice in it and left it untouched with just the lid on it for 24 hours to see how long ice could last. We checked the progress at 12 hours and again a little over 24 hours later and there was still ice left - check the pictures! I’m very impressed with this little bottle, and I love that it comes with a straw and a bottle brush. I’m not normally a big fan of red colored item person, but I really love this bottle. It is now one of our go to bottles, and stays colder long than my other name brand bottles.

This bottle is so cute. It's smaller which is honestly really nice. I get tired of lugging a huge bottle around. It keeps my drink over cold and cleans so nice. Come with a straw cleaner too! Texture feels great, nice grip to it.

Gatorade rookie bottles are amazing for children, especially in sports. I'm so glad Gatorade thought about kids instead of just adult size bottles. My 8 year old loves this bottle for everything. He keeps water on his night table and takes it everywhere. This bottle is really durable, doesn't leak, and drinks stay really fresh. We tested the cold aspect and filled it with ice water, let it sit for 2 full days in temperatures up to 77 degrees, and it still had a lot of ice after 48 hours. Very nice.

The Gatorade 12oz Rookie bottle does its job. It feels extremely durable. I love the pop of red color. Super leak proof and easy to open and close. Keeps my water icy cold for hours. My only gripe is that 12oz is enough for like 5 sips! I can’t take this to the gym unless I’m down to fill it 3-4 times which is not happening! A larger size in this exact same style would definitely become my go-to daily water bottle.

This bottle feels like you could really put it through its paces and it would come out with maybe some scratches. It feels sturdy. The color is incredibly vibrant. The vacuum feels tight. I can't move anything that shouldn't move and everything that should move moves correctly. For cleanliness it also came with its own little straw which I took a picture of. We have to send our kid with one to two reusable water bottles a day and I think that this one is superior to almost all of the ones that we have.

First thing I rather like the texture on this bottle, it is comfortable in my hand easy to grip. I like that the inside of the lid has minimal nooks and crannies to have to scrub and this helps to reduce risks of bacteria and ikcy stuff forming in the bottle. Easy to wash, because if something isn't at least top shelf dishwasher safe I won't bother keeping it. I don't even own a dish rack because my apartment is so small. I do use a straw cleaning brush tool on my reusable straws. I would maybe prefer the bottle to be a 16oz size, but this size is portable and light as I like to go walking and carry light.

This 12-ounce Gatorade bottle is perfect to use during my workouts. I love the red color as that is also my favorite Gatorade flavor! The pop-up top is great, and it came with a straw brush to clean the inside straw portion. The bottle is very easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe. I have also hand washed it, which was also super easy. Overall, I'm very happy with the bottle and totally recommend it to others.

I think this is a cool bottle. My iced water remained cold for a few hours. I think the 12oz is more appropriate for smaller children. 12 oz is not enough liquid for an adult. Especially if you're drinking water. It's a durable bottle. It comes with a straw and straw cleaner.

This had a tag that said for ages 3+ but I absolutely loved the smaller size which made me feel like I was drinking more water without the gigantic size. However, it would be so perfect for a toddler! The feel on it is super sleek as well. It will be a daily use bottle for some time to come as it feels like it will withstand long term use! Even the straw is cool and the same color as the bottle!

I received this for free in exchange for my honest review, and honestly, I am going to buy another. Kids and water bottles are package deal, but especially at school. My son likes COLD water but everything turns room temperature within a couple hours. I put ice in this and it stays cold all day. But my favorite part is the soft outer coating on the water battle, it helps prevent it from getting damaged. My kids have a name brand insulated water bottle I will not name and they are BEAT - covered in dents and scrapes. The Gatorade bottle has held up much better. My kids like that it’s bright red, but I like it because they don’t lose it - likely because of the loud color. Overall, perfect kids school/sport water bottle.

This is a great bottle for keeping a cold drink cold. It’s a large enough opening to throw in some ice and keep your drink cold. The outer (rubber-ish ) shell? Makes it so your hands don’t get cold holding the cold drink. I really enjoy this bottle. It’s really great. I think we will take it on our next trip to Florida. That’s where I can really put it to the test. Since it’s been in the single digits (temperature) here for awhile

The new Gatorade bottle is a major upgrade compared to the iconic green Gatorade bottle with the orange cap. They thought of all the details; a space to write the owner’s name underneath, a little brush to clean the straw, convenient handle on the cap, a nice rugged textures and stainless steel on the inside. My kid loves using it and it’s been leak proof when he throws it in his soccer bag. Great bottle!
