I like the color and design of this fireplace. It didn't take the guy long at all to put it together.

After a thorough shopping comparison against cost and quality, I decided on this (66-inch) for my foyer. Arrived ahead of the projected delivery date in two boxes, extremely well-packaged with instructions and hardware clearly labeled for assembly. No issues of misalignment or missing parts. The finished product and heat output are impressive and remotely convenient, and the appearance of flames as expected--warm, inviting hues (it's an electric fireplace after all). All in all, great sturdy product for the cost. Many similar, manufactured ones in design and dimensions cost triple than this one and have no better quality (not solid wood). All in all, very happy with the item.

For the price, it's okay. 50" tv with the stands at either end won't fit, they'll be sitting on the lower shelves. I placed them on pieces of wood until I figure something else out. The shelves don't fit much at all, I removed one on either side to be able to fit books on them. You'll get up to 8", most hard backs are around 10".

Great for small living rooms

This product although seemed as though was a good value, was exactly that, a good price. The wood has several damages/blemishes/markings. After spending an hour being so meticulous putting this together. I felt as though my time was wasted as some of the prefabricated framing that is mailed in doesn’t like up. Also chipping in the finish on another prefabricated piece makes this feel chincy. Packages also shipped days apart making this impossible to build until all had arrived. This was also a surprise as their was only one tracking number and the number provided had 1 Parcels in the order which was bizarre.

We've had this fireplace for over a year now and I love it. Looks nice, decently priced and was easy to assemble. Didn't give it 5 stars because I work outside and my wife is always cold, just wish it put out stronger heat.

It looks the part. I have white Roman-style trim throughout the apartment and this fits right in, almost as if it was built with the unit - which is exactly what I was hoping for. Assembly is relatively simple but I would encourage the use of a drill to expedite the process. Its very heavy (in a good way) so try to set it up pretty close to where you intend it to be. It came WAY faster than I'd anticipated and since its very heavy, it's one of those items that will get left in the most convenient place for the delivery driver, maybe not for you though.Finally, the heater: its a decent heater, maybe a little less powerful than a conventional space heater, but it will eventually do the job. I will say, if you like to feel toasty and not just room temperature in the winter, you may want to have an additional space heater on the other end of the room on a lower setting, as this heater has a smaller range and a won't get a mid-to-large size room anything more than about room temperature without additional heat sources. That's perfectly fine for me, but the first couple nights, the temperature dropped below 30 overnight and the heater was the only thing running and I was pretty damn chilly. So this has more storage and aesthetic value than heating value, but it does heat. And - to my surprise - no matter how long you run it (indefinitely even), the mantle seems completely unaffected by the heat. Even the glass with the "fire & logs" is cool to the touch while the heater is running. So a very direct and efficient flow of heat that won't inadvertently melt stuff over time.

Amazing quality and is beautiful. when I contacted customer service on a Friday after 7pm...they responded immediately. my insert came in but not the rest so i wanted information. they gave information along with tracking and all. definitely a great buy😊

Works as advertised

Really nice piece. Shelving is adjustable so that's great. The fireplace works fine, and gives off a comfortable heat.

Cheap and broken

Terrible quality. Box came and pieces were scuffed and broken. You would think the manufacturers would look at what they put in the box before they seal it. MADE IN CHINA. Save yourself the hassle of the return and buy something else!

Great quality, wrong color

Love everything about it except it is not actually white, it's more of an antique white or off white color. Besides the color, it fit a need we had.

This heats really well and has cut my electric bill significantly. It looks really nice too. Great quality and I’ve had a ton of compliments! Really easy to assemble!

This was a good experience. It was received earlier than projected. It was relatively easy to assemble. We did have one spot that was apparently damaged slightly in shipping, but it is hidden between two sections and does not impact the overall appearance of the unit.

Exactly as pictured and described. I put it together myself in about 2 hours, it was very easy. It looks great in my living room!

The center portion is only 41 inches wide and the two ends are 3 inches lower than the center portion. This means that you can only place a TV with either a center base mount or if the TV a two sets of legs they must be less than 41 inches apart. Most 65 inch and larger TV's with a two leg base are 43 to 46 inches apart and are not tall enough to place on the lower ends of the cabinet.These measurements are missing from the online specs and mislead you believing that it will hold a 68 inch TV. I was only able to find 1 65 inch TV that would work with this stand,

Only thing I had wrong with it was fireplace was slightly dented but Im sure I can straighten it out. The only other thing is two small pieces are cut wrong lengths. Both pieces are about 1/4" short so there is a gap but we are debating trying to get new pieces or add a decorative corner piece to hide this.

I really love the look the this stand but it arrived broken and the fireplace insert is damaged also on the inside. Will not buy from this manufacturer again.
