Works great, easy to install. Would help if it came with directions with how much water to first run through, but easy to find that online.

[Rewarded Review] Not a genuine part

This product is not genuine. I purchased this Sub-Zero filter and it arrived looking like a counterfeit version I had bought in the past. When I sent a picture to the factory, they confirmed it was a "fake" and this seller is selling knock-offs. Although it looks similar to the real thing, this is not genuine and the inside of filter contains harmful material.

I recently purchased the (2pk) Sub-Zero 4204490, 4290510, 9030868 Compatible Water Filters, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The filters were easy to install and fit perfectly with my Sub-Zero refrigerator. The water quality is excellent, and I can taste the difference immediately.

Buyer Beware

This is a counterfeit product. It looks similar but is not machined correctly to actually fit. Super disappointing. Do not buy this!

Fake OEM Filter - doesn't work

Fake description, not OEM, doesn't work!! Returned for refund and they only refunded half my purchase price. I sent in a message to the seller and they said it was a Walmart issue. Don't buy from this seller, see other reviews as well.

Ordered water filters and air filters for our Subzero refrigerator. Two pack of each had a better price than list price. Only down side was shipment in a plastic bag instead of a box and boxes that filters came in were damaged from handling.

Did not fit--knock off

Visually looked like my previous OEM filter but would not "screw in" so something was off. I put the old filters right back in and returned these. Ordered new ones through Subzero for 4x the cost. If it sounds to good to be true........it usually is

Bait and Switch

Seller offered Sub Zero water filter which I ordered. The site shows the Sub Zero filter and correct model number. Upon receiving, the seller went a Kenmore filter, not what was offered on the site. Will return to the store. Very decietful.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent subzer water filter

Just got the subzero air and water filter combo set and they fit great and the best part was the price. Saved tons of money buying it thru Walmart.

Houzz had the best price I could find on an OEM water filter replacement part. A Subzero fridge deserves a Subzero filter. Why mess with an aftermarket product on such an expensive and well built appliance.

Seem to be working.

These seem to be working; of course, it's hard to say whether any filter is doing its job of filtering out the invisible particles. One thing that happened with me is that the filter did not screw into the refrigerator completely so we had a minor leak for a bit. That could have been my fault, but it's not happened before.

Defective/ Fake

Defective- was not a real Sub Zero filter. Ordered one directly from Sub Zero and could tell the difference right away. There was nothing in the filter! No communication.

We bought a new Sub-Zero refrigerator a little over a year ago. I was having a bit of trouble lifting the top grill to vacuum the condenser area. After calling Sub-Zero and explaining my dilemma, they forwarded my request to their recommended service company. The serviceman showed me what I was doing wrong with the grill, and I was happy. During his visit, he gave my unit a "once over" and found that my water filter needed to be replaced. Here is the reason that I went to Glacier. I was charged $75 for one water filter; I ordered the same filter from Glacier that only cost $65 for two! I understand that companies need to make money, but we homeowners need to save money, too.

This water filter is these filter I have ever used. It makes such a big difference in how your water tastes when you use a quality filter. From now on this is the only filter I will use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great quality product.

[Rewarded Review] Fit perfect and no leaks.

This fit perfectly into the replacement filter under my sink. Do not see any leaks and did not notice any strange taste or odor. It also come with a handy sticker that you can put on the filter to indicate which month you replaced the filter. I suppose you could use a marker but the sticker in the package was a nice reminder as I normally just replace the filter and carry on to the next task. I am sure this is last me the for the next several months of service.

Sub-Zero water filter is an easy DIY replacement using the OEM 4204490 filter, perfect fit.

This filter arrived very quickly and replaced a year old original filter that was exactly the same as it was a OEM Sub-Zero filter. 1/4 turn twist and it was installed. Then it's useful to run the subzero water outlet to expel any charcoal and blow out the air in the system. Takes all of 2 minutes. Take a moment to push the expired filter icon for 5 seconds to reset it and you're good for another year!

Great, genuine filters!

Bought a pair of Sub-Zero water filters from here. I guess it was on backorder, so it took a little while longer than expected. Once I got the product, it looked like it was slightly redesigned from the same model filter from about 3 years ago. I think this new 'design' (slightly different casing on the filter) is an improvement. The old filter always seemed to make our icemaker clog up and the ice would always clump up in the bin. I don't know how the water filter would make a difference here, but it totally did. Like I said, these filters were OEM Sub-Zero filters and they seem to work great so far!
